Heart of Branson #1

Welcome to our lovely home incredibly located in the heart of Branson, right off the strip. Just behind Dolly Parton's Stampede and less than a 5 minute drive (or an easy walk) to many great attractions including Dick Clark's American Bandstand Theater, Fritz 's Adventure, Grand Country Resort (Theater, buffet, mini golf, water park, etc), Branson Celebrity Car Museum, Branson Auto and Car Museum, Veteran's Memorial Museum, Lakeside Wilderness Forest Area (great hiking trails), Murphy Park (playground for kids), and more. Also within the same 5 minute drive (or easy walk) to more than 10 restaurants! What's more, the house has easy access to alternate routes (the Yellow, Blue, and Red Routes) to bypass the Highway 76 strip to get to anywhere in Branson without the traffic!

The house itself features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and a 2 car garage, all on one level. Free WiFi throughout the house.
Each bedroom and the living room has a flat screen Roku smart TV that will let you watch live TV or Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, HBOMax, etc (live TV service is provided and you can log into your own accounts for any streaming service or cast from your phone).

3rd bedroom - 2 twin beds, with 2 twin slide out trundle beds (total of 4 beds)

Living room also has a double bed sleeper sofa. This house will sleep up to 10 people!

2 Full Bathrooms

Master Bathroom - toilet with bidet, shower, jetted tub, walk in shower, double sink.

Bathroom 2 - toilet with bidet, combination tub/shower, single sink.

The house has a smart lock, smart thermostat, and a smart video doorbell. You will be given a code that will enable you to let yourself into the house anytime after check-in time until you check out. I will provide instructions and give you smart phone access to the thermostat and doorbell for the duration of your stay if you like (these also work as a regular thermostat and doorbell too!). If you need anything during your stay, I am easy to get a hold of and will do anything I can to help you make the best possible Branson vacation possible! (Which includes giving you complete privacy, unless you reach out to me).

While I am confident that you will enjoy your vacation staying in our home, it pays to be prepared for the unexpected. I strongly recommend that you procure trip insurance that will cover any unforeseen losses or the need to cancel your reservation. We cannot be held liable for any of your personal property while on your vacation. Please read and be aware of our cancelation policy.
