The booking through expedia that you made was for an accessible room- If you do not need an accessible room it is best not to book that room type so the hotel is aware as the occupancy runs very high and there may be limited options. The breakfast included package is for the buffet it is not for in room dining and or for ordering off the menu that is what is included when you purchase that option. We will ensure we follow up with the team regarding the blanket and thermostat so we may improve for future guests. Again, we are sorry you were unhappy and hope you consider us again sometime in the future so we may work to improve your perception.
