Welcome to "The One!!" You will be amazed as you enter our condo decorated like one of your favorite 90's sitcoms. It will be "The One where you had the best time in Branson!"

Our Condo is situated in the beautiful Pointe Royale Golf Resort.

From the time you enter, you will realize that you are in one of the larger condos in the area.

Our super fun kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals. No need to eat out! Just bring your food:). Large enough for multiple cooks in the kitchen! We have also made sure you that you have plenty of room to eat, play games, or just sit for some great conversation. 2 dining room tables and a kitchen bar with seating for everyone!

When it's time to relax and watch a movie, we have 2 different spaces for your group to spread out. Retreat to the upper level loft living room to enjoy the foosball coffee table or magnetic wall chess board.

Our main level has 2 king bedrooms, one with a ensuite bathroom. We get many compliments on our mattresses! Many have said that they have gotten their best nights rest at our places.

Upstairs you will find the loft living area with a sofa, the third bathroom, and third bedroom with 2 queen comfy beds! We also have a trifold memory foam mattress for extra sleeping.

We have put a ceiling fan in all our bedrooms for added comfort.

Our screened in deck is a great space for your morning coffee with a view of the playground and Lake Taneycomo. You can also spot one of the scenic Branson lookouts in the Ozark Hills.

We are a second level condo- The property entrance is only accessible by stairs

The neighborhood: Pointe Royale is a beautiful golf resort with a outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, adults only hot tub, 24 hour fitness room, clubhouse, tennis courts pickle ball, dog park, playground, and direct access to Lake Taneycomo for some of the best fly fishing around.

Golf Stay & Play deal! We have partnered with Pointe Royale Golf Resort to offer this to our guests. Here’s what you need to know:

$60 per person per round of 18 holes with a cart (regularly $109.99!) at Pointe Royale Golf Course. This applies to any guests within your reservation for as long as you are staying at the property. You must let me know that you plan on utilizing the Stay and Play.

Guests must call to reserve a tee time (no online bookings). Will also need an email confirmation from me of booking.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to one of the blue dumpsters.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Leave white amenity cards on the counter. Key cards that are lost or taken home are charged at $20 per key card to replace.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.
-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.

*Pets CONSIDERED. We are pet/dog friendly, but must be agreed on prior to booking, so please ASK FIRST about bringing your dog along BEFORE BOOKING! DO NOT INSTANT BOOK WITHOUT DISCUSSING YOUR PET IN DETAIL WITH ME FIRST TO SEE IF IT MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS!!! We consider SMALL TO MEDIUM, ADULT, LOW SHEDDING dogs. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kenneled while you are away, leashed and picked up after outside, and not a barker or whiner while you are away due to our neighbors in the condo. There is a $35 per night non refundable pet fee.
