Perched up high on a hill on the west side of the city, Marilyn’s Modern Hideaway provides scenic views day and night of the Ozark Mountains and illuminating lights of the city. The secluded area of this home is ideal for privacy and relaxation yet in close proximity to all the hottest attractions. Table Rock Lake, Silver Dollar City, the Butterfly Palace & Rainforest Adventure, the bustling downtown area, and so many more are all within just a short drive. After long days of exploring this jam-packed area, come home to a refreshing swim in the community outdoor swimming pool. The adults in your group will enjoy planning an afternoon wine tasting at the Lindwedel Winery, less than 5 minutes away.



Now onto the home’s vibrant indoor areas! The living area is an ode to all things Marilyn, music, and art, with dramatic dark walls helping to illuminate the eclectic décor. A plush leather sofa and cushy armchair will be your respite during downtime where you can catch up on missed episodes of your favorite show on the large smart TV. In the warmer months, extend the living space by opening the sliding door to the attached balcony and let the fresh Ozark air flow throughout the home. A modern dining room table can host formal meals or a rousing game night with seating for 4. The stylish kitchen will brighten your mood as you prepare delicious meals at home, showcasing stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and gorgeous teal cabinetry. As you wander the hall toward the bedrooms, make sure to pause and take in all the thoughtful decorative touches that have been carefully curated to ensure this will be your best vacation yet!



This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a twin-over-full bunkbed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is a walk-in unit with no stairs required.

• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• The home is not pet friendly.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• The communal pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.



This enviable location puts you within 20 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
