The space

The drive into the house is beautiful with tree lined roads and an abundance of wildlife. The open-concept living space is perfect for entertaining, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, gas grill, comfortable seating, and a dining area that can accommodate fourteen guests. Imagine stepping through the sliding glass doors onto the large upper deck, complete with views of Taneycomo but ample tree coverage provides the privacy you have been looking for. It's the ideal setting to savor the serene sounds of nature while enjoying your morning coffee.

Your kids will be able to immerse themselves in a secret hideaway just for them, designed by our 5 year-old and nestled beneath the stairs of our short-term rental. Our play area provides a safe and comfortable space where children can unleash their imaginations and have a blast. Adorned with colorful murals of ice cream cones, soft cushions, books, toys and games. This hidden gem is sure to captivate young guests of all ages, providing hours of endless fun.

Each has their own ensuite bathroom and TV’s providing your guests with the privacy they need. There are 3 king bedrooms, 1 double queen bedroom, and 1 custom built bunk room with 4 full sized beds, all with premium mattresses and bedding. Additionally, there's a convenient half bath in the common area upstairs that is its own little retreat.

The location of our home is unbeatable, just steps away from the waters of Lake Taneycomo, offering great fishing opportunities. A large mowed commons area along the banks of the lake is the perfect spot for picnics or launching your kayak. Take the family to the large seasonal outdoor community pool and enjoy a day in the sun. Also conveniently located near Sycamore Creek Ranch and Weddings at the Homestead event venues, making our space perfect for accommodating the entire wedding party. Secluded amidst the woods, yet only minutes from all the attractions and entertainment that Branson has to offer.

Check-in is super easy! You will be provided a unique to you door code the day before your arrival. You will also be provided with detailed instructions on how to get to the house along with a map location.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE:
-Our home is located at the end of a gently sloping hill. Please use caution when driving during wet or snowy conditions.
-Other homes are being built in our neighborhood. There may be construction taking place during work hours.
-Currently the roads around the house are fine crushed gravel with plans on paving them at the end of summer.

-The primary renter must be 25 or older.
-No large gatherings, parties or events are allowed on the premises.
-Only registered guests may enter the home.
-Please be mindful of noise and traffic, respect quiet hours.
-No smoking, no marijuana, no other substance use allowed on or around the property.
-No pets allowed. $500 pet fee if pets are brought on site.
