Loved our stay in this condo! It was a weekend with just me and my daughters. I loved how private the property was. Felt very safe! The only thing that I have to say bad is that the downstairs bedrooms closet smelled like cat urine so we were unable to utilize that space.

Overall, this is a nice location and management is good. It has a nice lake view. If you come with your kids, give them the downstairs bedroom. lol. My husband is 6'2 and thought the downstairs bathroom was a little tight for him. Bring extra pillows if you like bigger squishy pillows.

A family Tradition

This is the 3rd year we have stayed here for our family Branson Christmas trip and we love it! It’s a great location, clean and we love how it’s decorated for Christmas. Perfect getaway for our family of 3!

If you’re staying for more than a couple days I would recommend this place it has all the necessities to cook and clean yourself!

Condo on Lake Taneycomo

We had a nice view of the lake sitting on the balcony. Condo was very clean and quiet. I will definitely stay there again.

Great place

No complaints. Loved the view. A ceiling fan would be great as we got a little warm in the night. Would def stay again though. Loved the location and quietness.

Nice place

Layout was pretty unique. Not much room to work in the kitchen but functional. Best part was the infrared heater/fireplace. Needed it as the place runs cold. Secluded and right by the water. Nice.

Spring break

Nice property, peaceful and quiet. Loved that it overlooked the lake. Good distance from strip and still easily accessible to everywhere we wanted to go. Condo had just about everything we needed. There was even a doggie bowl in the closet. I would say the downstairs bathroom needs some sort of privacy. Couldn’t get dressed in the small shower area nor the bathroom because there’s no door.

Reviewer Comments: We went there during labor day long weekend, the condo was really good, clean, quiet and on the bank of the river, which we loved the most. The only thing we didn't expect, TV doesn't have any Nextflix or Amazon Prime subscription, so we weren't able to see any shows or movies, rest everything were as described.

We love the place that we were stayting at. Just took us 20 minutes to find the Unit. The Sign were not that great on telling you were the unit was. The sliding door to the deck was not easy opening or closing.

Ok stay

Location was good but property needs some update. Floor would give under your feet and unlevel. Soft spots in floor. All beds were uncomfortable and some of the blankets were falling apart.

Location

Finding the location was a problem. We were all seniors and there were no handrails to upstairs or in tubs or showers . The stairs were a problem for all of us , we are in our 70’s and our friend 80. We enjoyed it once we got in the place, quite and peaceful!

This condo was a bit smaller than the others but worked well for the two of us. The river view off the deck was perfect. Saw trout jumping and a bald eagle flying by. We’ve never had any issues using Sunset rentals.

Crappy bed brought down an overall amazing stay.

Property was as described and was very neat and clean. The location was amazing, central to everything we wanted to do in Branson. The only downside was the bed. Absolutely atrocious. I've slept on the floor and had a better nights sleep. Our last night my husband was up at 4 and I was up at 5. We were out of there by 7 desperate to get home and get some sleep. Please get a better mattress or at least mattress pad.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very dark, especially the bedroom downstairs. Very dimly lit, as well as living room. But everything seemed clean and nice otherwise. It was a lot further than we thought from Branson’s 76 highway.
