Sunset Ridge on Taneycomo #1, is exceptionally clean and spacious and recently remodeled. We have separate living and dining areas, and a well stocked kitchen with new appliances and great cooking utensils.

KING BEDS in both bedrooms! Walk in shower in master. Plus a pull out bed in the couch in the living room and a trundle in the 2nd bedroom.

Private deck with great ridgeline views. Seasonal views of Lake Taneycomo, the dam and great sunsets.

Steve's communication, from booking to check-out, was fantastic! His directions on how to access the property, as well as the steps needed for check-out, were clear and easy to understand. The condo itself is located outside of Branson proper, which contributed to its quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the property is a pretty short drive away from downtown Branson and other nearby attractions. The property was clean, very private, and had everything we needed! We'll stay here again next time we visit Branson!

Nice place to stay. Easy access to all Branson has to offer. Had great views of the dam and White River. We had Walmart delivered right to our doorstep multiple times. Kids loved the community pools. Next Branson trip we will check for the availability of this property first.

We had a wonderful experience here! Excellent location just a couple miles from Branson, yet close enough to be at most places within minutes. Gated community offers peace, quiet, and safety. Check-in was easy, our stay was great, and everything was sparkling clean and ready for us. We appreciated the uplifting messages throughout the house- it's evident that Steve and Sue have put a lot of time and work into making this property an inviting and comfortable one for their guests.

The view is absolutely breathtaking. It was amazing to sit out on the back porch in the morning drinking coffee and relaxing. We did not walk to the pool area, but definitely close enough if you wanted to. The condo had everything we needed for a successful stay. If we come back to Branson, we will definitely look at staying here again!

What a great condo for our first visit to Branson! The location was beautiful and the area was so peaceful and quiet. We loved the views off the back deck. Our 4 year old loved the little Minnie table she found in a closet and all the children's cutlery. Such a perfect set up for our family of 5. The owners were so kind and we appreciated their helpful binder of information. The location can't be beat--about ten minutes from some of the main attractions.

We were happy with our stay. Thank you for sharing your place with our family. The intentional baby & toddler items were the selling point when we booked and it did not disappoint. The owner was quick to respond to us when needed. Place is about a 10ish minute drive the attractions in Branson. Nice area.

We had a great time in Branson. This condo was exaclty what we needed. Enough beds for all the kids and adults. We even cooked some meals at the condo, and everything we needed was there (pots, pans, dishes, etc). The location was close to everything we wanted to do and within minutes of our planned outings. Checkin and checkout were easy, and communication from the hosts was excellent..We will look here again when we come back.

This condo had to the perfect set up for us. We took our oldest daughter, her husband, and kids with us. Having two king size beds was perfect. Having the additional trundle bed in their room was great so the kids could stay in there with them. The location of the condo was very easy to get to. Parking was one of the best in that resort for having extra vehicles. The view out our condo was gorgeous. The clubhouse was very close and convenient. It’s not always easy finding a condo with a washer and dryer so we were very thankful this unit had that. Works out great when you have little kids with you. Condo was very clean and well maintained!

The owner was very pleasant to work with. The place was perfect for us. My wife and I had a king bedroom and my son, his wife, and two girls had the king bedroom with two twin beds. Updated appliances, beautiful views in the back, and very clean areas made it a great place to stay. We will definitely come back here.

Great, safe, convenient location. Condo was equipped with everything we needed (extra bedding, kitchen utensils including kid friendly bowls cups and plates which was super nice). First time staying and the description was spot on!! We could not have asked for a better place. Clean, nice and cool. Beautiful area!! Our family of 5 with teenagers enjoyed the quietness of the resort as well as all the clubhouse amenities - swimming, fitness center, fishing access. Property was just as described / pictured in listing. Was an easy 15-20 drive to Silver Dollar City and 10 minutes to the strip. Nice gas station / small grocery store for essentials less than a mile away. Host responsiveness was outstanding prior to booking as well as after booking and during our stay. Met up with family from Oklahoma for 5 days in Branson….this place was amazing and fit all of us so well. The hosts were easy to deal with. The residence was quiet and relaxing. Cleanliness and comfort was 12/10. Would highly recommend this for anyone’s trip. We hope to stay the same place when we return later this year.
