Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 2 vehicles.

• This home is a one level, first-floor walk down unit with 14 steps required to reach the main entrance.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located outside the front door and monitoring the front door and hallway area.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

• High chair and portable crib provided.
