This is a wonderful, family friendly home. It was very large and definitely enough room to accommodate a large group and multiple families. King size beds in all of the rooms and they are comfortable beds. The views are fantastic. The pool house is right up the road. The only negative that I have is the hot tub was broken and the part wasn’t going to come in until after our stay. There is a hot tub outside of the pool house though so we made use of that. I definitely recommend this home for a family Branson trip.

Beautiful lodge so no one had to share a bathroom! 3 rooms down for the ones who can't do stairs and enough to do on the main floor. New Hot Tub made it very relaxing. Check on the construction. They had just started a new lodge right behind us. Noise not a problem, but large equipment moving around. Good news is just a couple more buildings and area near this lodge will be completed! Eddie was very responsive to my questions and house was very well stocked! We loved the games and had a laugh chasing down the ice cream truck for our evening treat! Super close to Silver Dollar City and not far from any of the attractions. We would stay here again.

4 day vacation July '24

We loved this property! The views of the lake were awesome - exactly as pictured. The house was lovely and very functional. Between the upper and lower living area, the kitchen, and the two large decks with plenty of outdoor seating, there were plenty of places to either congregate or have separate conversations. The bedrooms were of generous size and the bathrooms all in good condition. We never ran out of hot water. All in all we enjoyed our vacation here and if we are back in the area, would love to stay here again!

FAMILY VACATION

We enjoyed a beautiful home that was very accommodating for the number of family we had. The view is great but the construction was noisy, but entertaining! We loved having 2 refrigerators and the kitchen was very well equipped to help with our meals. Would definitely stay in Rustic Ridge again! Thank you!

Perfect Family Getaway

Such a great design for large groups! Loved all the space and that each bedroom had its own bath. Video games were a hit as well as the outside deck space. Construction started each morning around 6:15, so that was the only downside to this location. Also recommend bringing extra pillows and blankets as these were limited if you are like us and like extras. Enjoyed our time and would certainly book again!

Indian Point Did Not Disappoint!!

This home is very spacious and accommodating!! The views are beautiful and the large open area was perfect for our family reunion! Eddie was great to work with and we would definitely come back again!!

Great lodge with killer view!

The property was amazing. Just as described. Plenty of bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, tv's, etc. Perfect layout for a large group. Having two refrigerators and two dishwashers was amazing. Furniture was comfortable. There were a few minor flaws in the home, but common for rental properties (some lose trim, water spots, a missing door handle) and nothing that significantly impacted us. The porches were great with an amazing view and it was out of the sun all day, which was incredible! The only drawback was the construction. They are building homes all around this one. It's a bit of a mess currently (June 2022). They worked every day we were there, (Wed-Sunday), early, and were loud. Some of us were up by 6am every day, but some were able to sleep through it. There are construction materials in the road, which made parking difficult, and the road was muddy from the construction vehicles. None of that is the owner's fault though. Overall, we would totally go back and rent this house again. Owner was great to work with and accurately and concisely described everything. Easy in and out process as well. Nice home and nice stay.

Beautiful and Perfect for an Adult getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay! There is so much room to hangout together and the kitchen is so well throughout and filled! The view is incredible. Having 7 bedrooms all with their own bathroom and king size beds was perfect for our group. We plan to rent this same house again.

Large group (22+) stay over Thanksgiving

The property was nice and had good quality furniture. It also had a great view. I would be remiss if I didn't mention some issues we encountered during our stay that were inconvenient. There were two fans, on the first floor, that did not function properly. One of which was in the main downstairs living area which would have been nice to have on with as large a group of people as we had in the home. The dishwashers did not work (for two days) and we had to hand wash all dishes the day prior to Thanksgiving and on Thanksgiving Day as well; when cooking for 22 people, you can imagine how tedious and time-consuming that was - not exactly what you want to spend your time doing on a holiday. Thankfully, Eddie had someone come by the day following Thanksgiving and he got them working properly. The microwave also randomly stopped working properly the Saturday following Thanksgiving - which made reheating the leftovers impossible for 2/3 of the day. Also, the fixtures, where you place toilet paper and hang towels after showering, were not properly installed. One of the toilet paper holders simply fell off the wall because it wasn't attached correctly. We did stay at the property shortly after it was completed, so perhaps the owners were not able to do a thorough walk-through of items like that. I would encourage the owners to leave the information on how to sign in to the TV services for guests. We had issues with the downstairs family room TV and never received a response on how to log in so we have to use our own logins on the TV, which wasn't ideal as I think we forgot to sign out of them prior to leaving (we forgot we had to use our own). All in all, the home was very nice and had a great view and my rating is simply reflective of the inconveniences we had during our stay; though not massive issues, they still were issues we experienced in our stay and things you hope do not happen when spending as much as we did to stay over the holiday.
