BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 nights throughout the year with the exception of the following:
Holiday Weekends - 3 nights required
Peak Season - Mid May thru Mid August - 3 nights required
10% Discount for any weekly bookings of 7 or more nights.

UNAUTHORIZED GROUP EVENTS OR GATHERINGS IN EXCESS OF A 14 GUEST BOOKING PARTY WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE VACATING OF THE PREMISES WITHOUT REFUND UNLESS PRIOR EVENT IS AUTHORIZED BY OWNER. WE WILL CONSIDER SMALL GROUP EVENTS SUCH AS FAMILY REUNIONS, SMALL GROUP WEDDING RECEPTIONS, AND SMALL ADULT GROUP GATHERINGS, HOWEVER, ANY SUCH EVENT GREATER THAN A 14 TOTAL GROUP NUMBER MUST BE PRIOR APPROVED AND AGREED UPON BY OWNER. OUTSIDE DAY VISITORS IN EXCESS OF 14 IN YOUR TOTAL GROUP ARE NOT ALLOWED UNLESS APPROVED. ANY UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES WILL BE SHUT DOWN AND VIOLATION OF GROUP SIZE RESTRICTIONS WILL RESULT IN YOUR GROUP EVICTION BY COUNTY SHERIFF.

A single surveillance camera is located at the driveway for security purposes and monitoring of traffic. Although the area is very safe and problem-free, we recommend that guests lock the doors and secure their property when they are not present on the property. Your privacy and safety is our priority!

NO TRAILERS OR BOATS ALLOWED! PARKING OF ANY TRAILERS OR BOATS ON PROPERTY IS PROHIBITED BY HOA RESTRICTIONS. IF YOU ARE BRINGING A BOAT AND/OR TRAILER OF ANY KIND, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FINDING AN OFF-SITE LOCATION FOR PARKING/STORAGE.

NO BOAT SLIP IS AVAILABLE WITH THIS PROPERTY! NO BOATS ALLOWED TO BE PARKED IN DOCK SLIP AT ANY TIME AS PER U.S. ARMY CORP OF ENGINEERS PRIVATE DOCK USE REGULATIONS. BOAT SLIP IS REGISTERED TO HOMEOWNER USE ONLY. DOCK IS UNDER 24 HR VIDEO SURVELLIENCE FOR COMPLIANCE. VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN YOUR EVICTION FROM THE RENTAL PROPERTY!
