The Space:

Inside, the bright and airy kitchen is designed for gathering, featuring crisp white cabinetry, white granite counters, and island seating for four where everyone can enjoy morning coffee from the drip or Keurig coffee makers before heading out for the day. The open living room creates a cozy place to unwind, complete with a plush couch, two comfortable armchairs, and a smart TV perfect for movie nights after exploring Branson. Step outside onto the patio and soak in the incredible panoramic views that make this retreat truly special. Comfortable outdoor seating invites you to linger over morning coffee, evening cocktails, or quiet conversations beneath the stars.



Whether you’re planning lake adventures, family fun on the Branson Strip, or simply a peaceful escape surrounded by nature, Ozark Skyline Retreat offers the ideal home base for making lasting vacation memories.



This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



The bedroom includes a king size bed and a smart TV.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• This home is a one level, first-floor, walk-in unit.

• This property does NOT have a dishwasher. Dishes must be washed by hand.

• Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. You may park behind the building near the entrance; however, please note that the access road is narrow and the turnaround area is tight. Drive carefully and use caution when maneuvering.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

• Portable crib provided.

• Long-term stays allowed.



Less than 10 minutes from Table Rock Lake, you’re within easy distance to world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and a generally inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 10 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.



This enviable location also puts you within 25-30 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
