”Stayed for one night after flying late into Toronto airport. Easy one hour drive along the 403 highway. Free parking. Friendly efficient night staff receptionist on duty. Room was very clean and modern. Good buffet breakfast included in rate.”

”Well maintained and our room was nice, but we did have some frustration during check-in.
We arrived around 3:20pm (check in is 3pm), and we were told that it'll be a few minutes while they get our room ready.
In all it was over an hour before we got to our room (around 4:30). There was another group ahead of us waiting in the lobby when we arrived, and a few other guests seemed to check in and get a room immediately while we waited. I understand that things happen, but it was a long time to be...

”Room was alright, clearly needs a bit of an update. Fire alarm went off at like 10pm. Staff were absolutely amazing.
Food was great as well
Hottub was so over chlorined that it burned my eyes just walking into the room. Massive mold buildup around the edges.”

”Megan was so welcoming and communicative. The Copper Flat was beautifully decorated and had all of the necessary amenities. We slept well and enjoyed a walk the quiet neighbourhood. It was a short drive to downtown where our daughter was competing for dance. We would stay here again. ”

”Currently there is construction on the main street which could impact ones enjoyment of the town. The hotel itself was great and all of the staff were super friendly. I would encourage guests to call the property to find out the status of construction prior to booking.”
