”Todo el personal de recepción es muy amable solo la señora que ayuda con las barras del desayuno es muy grosera. La variedad es limitada, pudieran ofrecer un poco más de opciones para no comer diario lo mismo. La limpieza en general muy bien, solo detalles en la habitación de que no limpian bien el piso y WC. La cercanía con el outlet es maravillosa. ”

”Everything was great. The breakfast was not. For the amount I paid for a 1 night stay, the breakfast could have been better.”

”Made my reservation and paid thru you guys in November, got to the property in Bryan, Texas and they had cancelled my room and sent me to another hotel that was crap! This has never in my 80 years happened to me!! Need to know why and what can be done!!”

”The front staff when we checked in were incredibly friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious. My only complaint was that the window blinds automatic button were broken so we couldn’t fully close the window so the morning sun shined bright and our sheets felt damp-ish or they were very cold and the room was a little muggy. But other than that, everything was clean and tidy. ”

”This place was very welcoming as soon as you pull in. The building is in very good condition and in the perfect location to explore Waco. Close to ALOT of food and beverage options. We were here for the food and the Silos, which were also great! Didn't deal with the staff to much, they were helpful when needed. Our room was great! We had the executive room for 2 nights.
