”Upon arrival, we found the gate locked even though we were told it would be open for easy access. We waited outside for about 30 minutes until the host opened the gate, and no apology was offered. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the unit was unacceptable—the floors were sticky, the coffee pot had old tea/coffee residue, the bed sheets had not been changed and had visible black hair from previous guests (my wife is blonde), and the bathroom baseboards were dirty.”

”It was everything expected from an IHG property!
I only stayed one night and didn't get to utilize the hoop court, nor the gym nor the evening get-together!
So everything was OUTSTANDING except for these minor faux pas.
The soda machine is right there for breakfast --- turn it on please!
I don't want Apple nor Orange Juice. I would have loved lemonade or any type of soda!
Don't know if my deposit on my card was put back! They say 3-5 days! Which is RIDICULOUS, because when I go to Walmart...
