”The boathouse was awesome! The view of Lake Simcoe is unbeatable and the sunset was amazing. The water was warm but bring water shoes if you wish to swim near the dock. The host provides lots of water toys to make the lake enjoyable. We will look to return here next season for sure! Thank you John for a great getaway.”

”It was a quaint lovely cottage. Very clean. The communication with the owner was very fluid. The neighbours where we stayed and those we encountered on our walk, were very friendly. The only downside was that we thought it did face the lake... All in all we had a great stay !!”

As we expected, the host Elia was very accommodating and the cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. Swimming was excellent, and our kids had so much fun on the large open lawn. ”This is a very comfortable and well-equipped property! Great separate bunkie for the kids above the boathouse - they loved being separate from the adults and with their own TV and Foosball table. The canoe was large enough for 3 and the kayaks (2) were for 1 person each. It was all clean and perfectly well laid out for us. Easy communication with the property manager by text.
