”Good property, and the suite was beautifully furnished. No complaints on the stay. The front desk staff was robotic, one could do Just fine with an automated machine instead, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. What has gotten out of control is the new normal of 4 pm check in and 10 am check outs, which is absurd. No property deserves a 5 star rating/review with this policy being enforced.”

”The facilities and room were quite nice and the person at reception - Brooke - was exceptional: warm, welcoming and helpful. However we had a few issues upon arrival that could have been avoided with a bit of extra attention: - the cleaning crew left the fridge door ajar and ice from the freezer melted into the fridge and onto the kitchen floor - the shower valve wasn't operational and had to be fixed - the toilet plunger was disconnected and wouldn't flush We took care of those issues...

”The individual rooms are outdated and in serious need of renovation. Parking situation is very cramped and, on our last day, half of it was inexplicably closed off. This property allows individuals to own condos and rent them out while you can also book directly with the property. We didn't realize this and went with the lower priced option which was an individually owned property. As a result when I went to the front desk to ask for additional pillows and blankets, I was told they couldn't...

”We took the soap with us (nice bottle of soap from the bathroom), not realizing it was a "spa item." They charged us $80!!!! It was just soap.”

”Perfect location for enjoying all that downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Room overlooked the Blue River facing East toward Main Street. Relaxing sounds of the water combined with beautiful scenery, wonderful weather, and location made this a great getaway from the heat and humidity back home.”

”Great location comfortable only negative no air conditioning a fan helped a lot and second the upstairs bedroom area had a spiral staircase hard for 2 70 y/o to use. We will return to this hotel ”

”Great place.. easy walking distance to everything downtown. The river walk was beautiful as were all the flowers and sculptures/art. We were here overnight to attend a concert at the Riverwalk center and it was a quick 4 min walk!”

”The room itself was amazing and clean. Easy access to everywhere. Not happy being charged $1 when checking in and then my card being charged another $1 when checking out. That's an expensive interest charge for $2! Also not happy with Red Awning who the room was booked through. I would not recommend them, terrible communication!”
