Big Timber Lodge - Ultimate Mountain -kokemusta varten

Big Timber Lodge on upea neljän makuuhuoneen koti Highlandsin sydämessä. Se on eristäytynyt tuntuu todellisesta vuoristoalueesta, mutta se sijaitsee vain kolmen kilometrin päässä Main Street Breckenridge -aukiolta. Alakerrassa päivällisen jälkeen voit rentoutua muutamalla pelipallolla, ja sitten päästä ulos takaovesta yksityiseen kahdeksan hengen kylpytynnyriin. Täydellinen korjaustoimenpide väsyneille luudille, jotka on käytetty pitkään hiihto- tai vaelluspäivään, ja se on myös täydellinen näköalapaikka länsimaissa.

 

Muita ominaisuuksia ovat lämmitetty autotalli (huone yhdelle ajoneuvolle), pesulapalvelut talossa ja suuri takakansi, jossa on kaasugrilli, joka sopii erinomaisesti ruoanlaittoon. Tietenkin kaikki lumisten vuoristojen koti ei olisi täydellinen ilman yksityistä kylpytynnyriä!

Amazing Home

The home was absolutely amazing, and is in a great location. We stayed there during the summer, and it provided very close (driving) access to the golf course, downtown Breckenridge, as well as the gondola parking lot. Cleanliness and amenities were all top notch, and the amenities such as the hot tub and game tables were a great addition. Overall, a perfect home to stay in with amazing views.

Amazing Family Winter Wonderland

We do a Family Winter trip every year and all said this was our best trip yet! The house was amazing. From heated floors and luxury finishes to the perfect, easy location to downtown. We would 100% rent here again. Our girls loved the sleds in the garage and spent hours in the driveway riding the snow. The parents loved the dual living spaces for kids to play while adults sat by the fire. Nothing to do with the rental, but we weren’t quite prepared for the altitude. It was an adjustment. If you wanted to be over the top… oxygen machine or option of rental tied to reservation would be next level and something we would opt for on our next visit to Breckenridge!

STUNNING HOME!

First I want to say we have rented a lot of homes throughout the years and our entire family agreed this one was the best ever! House is huge, well equipped with anything you can need and beautifully decorated. Location is fantastic. There are so many amenities in this house you can easily just want to hang (which we did because it snowed 28" while we were there). Bravo to the rental company for their communication and thank you to the owners for the driveway snow plow service! I cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. We will be back for a rematch on the shuffleboard table!

Beautiful and comfortable home. but you will hear highway

Although this is an absolutely beautiful property, the convenient location does have a downside if you are renting in the summer. Road noise from the highway below prevented us from taking advantage of the two beautiful decks and you will hear traffic when the windows are open. The property is conveniently located just a short drive from the town of Breck and the lifts. The host is responsive and the house is well maintained. We enjoyed our stay with extended family and it was very comfortable. Note that the owner has locked off the MBR closet and there is no dresser. We lived out of our suitcases for five days. Provided toiletries were very nice, but you will need to bring your own if your stay is more than 2-3 days. There is room for one car in the garage and at least two more in the driveway. There are several hiking trails close to the house.

Beautiful Family Friendly Property

The Big Timber Lodge in the Highlands neighborhood in Breckinridge, Colorado was a beautiful property which easily accommodated our family of 11, ranging in age from 9 to retirement age. There is a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the main floor with the other 4 bedrooms on the lower level, which worked out great for our family. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils needed to cook for a large family, including a grill on the large main level balcony. We found many activities in Breckinridge to accommodate all ages. We had a great time on our mountain vacation at Big Timber Lodge.

Enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful home and scenery so close to town. Had everything we needed. Lots of space and we loved the downstairs with the poker table and shuffle board game. Hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing and shopping. Highly recommended!

Missed the mark

This is a beautiful property in a lovely neighborhood very close to town and the slopes. All that said I can not give it a great rating due to unfortunate missteps that were easily avoided. Instructions on the operation of the house were limited (ie TV/streaming). Broken appliances (ie grill) never was told to us or fixed. Garage door openers that we were given “strict” instructions on were never provided (bigger issue due to the amount of snow we encountered) Trash receptacles without liners. This list may seem minor but this is billed as a “premium property “ and thus one’s expectations are high. We encountered a very “unfriendly “ inspector upon our arrival that could have explained some of the problems at that time. As it is I spoke with the local management company and was very pleased with Cade who was cordial, very helpful and addressed our needs as well as possible. This property has the potential to be 5 star but in my opinion is a 3

Fantastic Breck Getaway

We were able to reserve this cabin on short notice for a family wedding. The home was beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. Our party had 7 members and everyone had their own space. Thouroughly enjoyed the proximity to town, as well as the hot tub and decks with spectacular views. Plus, being a fly fisherman, my son and I enjoyed the proximity to the river. Will definitely put this one on the "must return" list.

Great cabin!

We loved everything! I stayed there with my two teenage boys. The cabin was awesome, views were great. I liked using the hottub in the evening. The heated floors were an added bonus as well as how fast the water heated up. It is very close to town but you don't feel like you are. I think they had everything you could possibly need and then some besides foil, plastic wrap, zip lock baggies and maybe some basic seasonings. There was salt but no pepper. It was a great stay and we would stay again.
