    Boulder Ridge Lodge on ainutlaatuinen luksushotelli, joka on suunniteltu siististi suurille ryhmille. Jos suunnittelet perhejuhlien, yritysten perääntyä tai monen perheen hiihtolomakohteita, tämä koti ylittää odotuksesi. Se on suunniteltu sijoittamaan suuret ryhmät (jopa 22) erinomaiseen sijaintiin Breckenridhin Peak 8: n pohjalle.     5 000 neliömetriä tilaa, 7 makuuhuonetta ja 6. 5 kylpyhuonetta on runsaasti tilaa kaikille. Yksi kodin upeista ominaisuuksista: Viisi makuuhuonetta, joissa on king-vuoteet, voidaan konfiguroida myös kahtena erillisenä kaksoisvuoteena, joten voimme mukauttaa vuodevaatteet tarpeidesi mukaan. Kuudes makuuhuoneessa on kaksi ylimääräistä pitkää parivuodetta - täydellinen lapsille.     Suuri, avoin keittiö on toinen kotiin keskipiste. Suuri graniittilaskuri, 48 "Decor-alue, jossa on 2 uunia, pinottu Thermador mikroaaltouuni / lämmitin laatikko / konvektio uuni, Sub Zero jääkaappi, 2 KitchenAid astianpesukoneet ... se on unelma viikonloppukaitoja sekä ammattitaitoisia catering. Tilavassa ruokasalissa on takorauta kattokruunu ja kaunis leppä taulukko, joka istuu 12, ja tilaa neljä enemmän laskuriin. Ja rakastat viihtyisän aamiaishuoneen, josta on upeat näkymät laskettelurinteille ja kahdeksan.

Family Staycation away from Home!

We booked this property because of the space! Our three kids and their families joined us for a wonderful trip to Breckenridge. Everyone had their own space with a bathroom and could get together in the large living room, kitchen, and dining area. It was a wonderful way to spend a week together.

Great Family Spot

Went to Breckenridge to ski/ board, celebrating my 50th with family and friends, a total of 14 of us. The house was awesome and had plenty of space for each of our 3 families to spread out and yet stay close and enjoy each others company. So easy to get to Breck, and with all the kids, that was a must. House was perfect and the amenities were plentiful. Any issues that came up were handled and communicated back expertly. The home is updated with new carpet amd hardwood plus ALL the bathrooms are updated, althoguth the pictures may not show it. They even had firewood we could use to start a fire in the fireplace. Overall great stay and I would certainly recommend it to anyone.

House has 3 levels, so it’s well suited for large groups. Plenty bed options, but all mattresses are Ultra Firm & no one in our group of 16 thought their bed was comfortable. Kitchen has a great set up with plenty utensils & lots of dining space. Our biggest kitchen complaint was all the pots/pans were old & very sticky! This really added to our workload and cleanup time & it would’ve been nice to have had small size plastic cups for the children. The property management company was superb because when we had a clogged drain they came within a few hours to rectify the problem. Overall, because of size & location it was a good choice for our family vacation.

Great for a family reunion

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this property! 10 of us took advantage of all that the home had to offer. We really loved the amount of space for all of us to spend together. The dining table was perfect for family meals and the living area was roomy. The kitchen, with some exceptions, was well-stocked and provided enough room to cook our meals. Bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. We did have a few problems with things breaking down and some cleaning issues. The refrigerator was very warm when we arrived and, though the management company quickly responded, a service did not come out until the next day. They stated that the condenser coils were so dirty they were surprised it was even working. The electricity in one of the rooms did not work and required us to jerry-rig extension cords until another repairman came out the next day as well. The hot tub worked inconsistently until another repairman came out the next day. Additionally, the house was not very clean. Most rooms were very dusty and cobwebby. The drawers in the kitchen and the items in them needed to be washed. The floors need needed to be cleaned. There were no washcloths in the kitchen and very few towels in the bathroom. Renters should know that the deck is very small and the property is above a very noisy road. All of this being said, if the cleaning and repair issues are addressed this would be a fabulous rental.

Check-in was simple and easy with access through the garage door via code. Size of house with nice en-suite king beds was fantastic for our family. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked with utensils, plates, pots and pans. Was disappointed at check in when I was told that the dryer did not work and that a repairman would be by the next morning to look at it. Several family members had hoped to do some laundry our first day. Repairman said repair was not possible due to the position in the laundry room with no access for service so it was never used. Some family members said the rooms were not as clean asexpected. There was a pile of hair in one of the bathrooms and another bedroom more hair and a large toenail was discovered on the bed frame when the bedding was turned down. We noticed quite a bit of dirt on the carpet under the sofa and the coffee table in main living area. The blender was cracked in the kitchen and was not usable. The picnic tables were in rough shape on the deck. One had sap oozing out of it on the seats and was not noticed until a family member sat on it. We wrapped the seat in plastic wrap to prevent another person from getting sap on their clothes. Several windows in the house had broken hardware and could not be opened or closed. One family member mentioned having some box fans available for use during warmer weather would be nice since many rooms did not have a ceiling fan. Several outlets were not working. Overall perfect!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was overpriced due to the location close to peak 8. It is not truly, ski in- ski out. We found the interior of the home to be very outdated, especially in the basement. The basement room under the front steps makes a horrible noise as people take the stairs above you- quite disturbing while trying to sleep. The upstairs bedrooms were unnecessarily large and a lot of wasted space that could’ve been used to sleep more people. The house holds somewhere around 18 people but only 4 cars are permitted to park on site. The gas stove was not lighting due to a pilot light issue.
