This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath condo combines alpine charm with modern convenience, making it an ideal choice for your Breckenridge escape. Located just half a mile from Main Street Station and right on the free shuttle line, you’ll have easy access to downtown, the slopes, and beyond. Inside, vaulted ceilings with skylights and large windows fill the home with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere throughout. The cozy living room, featuring a 55” TV, sound bar, and a gas fireplace, offers the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the mountain. With local shops, restaurants, and nightlife just steps away—and a nearby shuttle for connections to more attractions—everything is conveniently close. In winter, Breckenridge transforms into a snowy playground perfect for skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing, while summer brings art festivals, beer fests, and live music.

Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the scenic trails nearby, such as the Burro Trail into the national forest and the Blue River Rec Path winding through town. After a day of adventure, enjoy a meal at The Dredge—the world’s highest floating restaurant—or visit family-friendly spots like the Mountain Top Children’s Museum. Main Street Station is less than a 10-minute walk away, while Breckenridge Ski Resort and the BreckConnect Gondola are both within a mile. For a change of scenery, Keystone Ski Resort is only 12 miles from the property. Whether by foot, bus, or car, Breckenridge’s top attractions are all within easy reach.
