Tämä kaunis ja tilava 4 makuuhuoneen, 3. 5-kylpyhuoneen premium-koti on erinomainen retriitti suurille perheille tai jopa 14 hengen ryhmille. Tämä korkealaatuinen koti istuu yhdellä parhaista osista Breckenridgen parhaissa asuinalueissa, joissa on suuri takapiha, oma poreallas ja runsaasti elintilaa. Olet vain 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Breckenridgen keskustasta ja rinteistä, ja erinomaiset retkeily- ja maastopyöräreitit ovat lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Tämä kolmitasoinen koti on loistava monille perheille, koska siellä on kaksi oleskelutilaa.

Tärkeimmistä oleskelutiloista on holvatut katot, suuret ikkunat, jotka valaisevat huoneen luonnollisella valolla ja upealla kaasutavalla. On lautapelejä ja LCD-TV satelliitti pitämään kaikki viihdyttivät pitkän päivän jälkeen nauttia Breckenridge. Toinen olohuone alakerrassa on täydellinen lapsille tai katsomaan peliä ja siinä on baarikeittiö, mikroaaltouuni, mukavat istuimet ja LCD-TV. Keittiö on keittiömestari, jolla on huippuluokan ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, kuten kaasu-alue, runsaasti laskutilaa ja kaikki, mitä tarvitset, jotta joukkotuhoille tarjotaan maailmanluokan ateria. We loved our stay here. Plenty of room for everyone. Close to town, but a more secluded feel. There was a good amount of towels, fans, pillows, kitchenware. The hot tub was clean and nice on cool evenings. We would definitely stay again.

There were a few things that needed to be fixed. The most important ones were the oven and the main bathroom toilet. A repair person was sent to repair the toilet but we still had to remove the lid and jiggle the mechanics to get the water to fill to flush it. Couldn’t raise the large shade in main bedroom because it was broken. Oven never heated properly. The house was beautiful and in a great location and if repairs are made I would definitely book there again

Location is great and house distrubition excellent. However the house was not clean enough, bathrooms had some details of cleaning, some of the kitchen cutlery were dirty and worst part were the Sofas, the kids found cheerios, pop corn and candy.

Great house and location

The house was great for ski trip with large group of family and friends. Loved the hot tub after long day of skiing and had a moose walk past while sitting in hot tub! Communication with property managers was great too

Family Ski Vacation

I can't say enough positive things about this property. The house itself is beautiful and the layout is perfect for a large family. The location was just 3 mins driving to the center of town, restaurants and skiing. The check process was simple. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing house!

I would recommend to any large party of people. Pleanty of room to spread out, great kitchen, spa and more. Tucked a couple minutes from town, this location was greatness. Property manager/rep was also super responsive. Much appreciated.

Great house great location

Hosts were proactive in communicating while we were at the property to make sure all was going well. The property had all amenities included with plenty of towels. Kids loved the sleds from the garage. Hot tub was really nice!

Spacious, quiet and convenient

Plenty of room. Close to the bus lift. Nice and out-of-the-way. Really enjoyed the stay. The one exception was the hot water in the upstairs bathtub. Shower was fine but the bathtub was no-go.

There were 9 adults who stayed. December 26-31. The first thing that was so frustrating was there is not a garage door opener. So middle of winter you have to get out of your vehicle and use the key pad, I was told that there are not openers anymore because people take them or lose them. Then there are no towels for the hot tub. We had to use bath towels for the hot tub. We were there in the month of December and just know there are NO decorations on the property or in the house. They are willing to provide that for an additional 700-1500 dollars. The house needs a deep cleaning and attention to details. The kitchen has enough dishes/utencils but the pots and pans need to be replaced. There were no platters for serving and we cooked a lot and fell short on serving dishes. The house is 3 stories and very chopped up. So if you are looking for open concept, this isn’t it. On Sunday at 8am (the day we were checking out) the hot tub guy was there servicing the hot tub. We were not notified he was coming? For what we paid for this house, I felt that it fell short. Was not polished and did not have a luxury feeling.

Back Again!

We’ve stayed at this property for the past 4 years in a row. We love the property itself and the ability to walk into town is excellent. Had multiple visits from a moose family which was a huge plus! Already looking forward to coming back next year.

A beautiful property. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Convenient, well supplied. Property managers were very responsive and helpful. Don’t look for the bunk beds though. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

Perfect location/space for our needs

Outside of one literal "slip-up", due to some ill-managed ice build-up on the front porch (which we chipped away with the tools provided) and a "quirky" oven error message (oven will turn off unexpectedly) that resulted in a late dinner on that first night, we settled in nicely and the house was perfect for our needs (3 couples and their children ages 3 - 10). The house is clean and well appointed. The house provided comfort and space for the folks who didn't ski and the location made it easy to hit up all the local mountains with extremely easy skier drop/off pick up in Breckenridge. When we were all home, there was plenty of space to hang out together OR to grab some privacy! Thank you for a memorable stay. We'll hope for this property to be available again when we return next time!

Good house for a group

House was clean and had most of the essentials. Heated garage and steamer showers were great. The walk to the ice rink for the bus routes isn’t bad at all and if it snows you can just ski down the sidewalk before it gets plowed. Critiques: there were no extra garbage bags and limited extra toilet paper and paper towels so we needed to purchase those shortly after arriving. The only shovels available were for dirt… this made it difficult to shovel snow off sidewalk, around hot tub, and deck. This is probably why there was ice built up on front entrance stairs and sidewalk since they don’t appear to get shoveled regularly. A few snow shovels would be super helpful. Also, a few of the mattresses are very uncomfortable and should be replaced, especially in the bunk room.

The layout of the house was perfect. The size worked out great for the number of people staying. The beds could use updating, not so comfortable to sleep in. I would recommend to others and we'd come back to stay again.

Fell on love with Breckenridge

Our Thanksgiving holiday week was made extra special at Brooks Hill Lodge- felt like home as soon as we walked in ! The kitchen is so well equipped ! Very nice fir our family. A playful fox showed up one morning ! Snowflakes fell on our last night as we got in to the hot tub . Children learned to ski !
