My husband and I stayed in this cabin with our three dogs. The location of the home and its proximity to the ski resort was great. The kitchen had most of the supplies we needed to cook during our stay. If you’re traveling with a family, you would probably enjoy the two separate living areas, especially if traveling with older kids. The bottom level has its own living area with TV. There’s a full bathroom on the bottom level as well. 2nd floor has the kitchen, living area, full bathroom, and a bedroom. The rest of the bedrooms and another bathroom are upstairs.
This cabin sits right off of Highway 9, which is a relatively busy highway since it’s the only road that leads in and out of Breckenridge. Traffic is pretty loud if you’re outside as plenty of cars were driving by during our stay (we stayed during the resort’s opening weekend), but it is not noticeable while inside the cabin.
Bring your own blankets for the living room areas - there are zero throw blankets, quilts, etc. in the cabin. We improvised and took one of the comforters off the beds upstairs to use as a blanket when hanging out on the sofa.
I left feedback for Vacasa regarding their cleaning service. Overall, the cabin was fine, but we found candy and even someone’s blood pressure pill on the floor near the edge of the bed. I’m glad I found it before my dogs did.
