  • Create unforgettable vacation memories at this secluded mountain home. Perfect for both entertaining and relaxing, your woodland retreat boasts a Great Room with a flickering fireplace. Take in forested views of the fir trees from every room as well as the furnished deck, equipped with a grill.

    With over 3,500 square feet of beautifully appointed living space, this three-story home is packed with ultra-modern upgrades including an all-suite layout (three of the en-suite bathrooms have a luxurious jetted tub), a gourmet chef's kitchen, and stunning design elements like wide-plank hardwood floors and granite counters throughout.

    Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, you're right next to the national park with miles of scenic hiking and biking trails. An array of dining and shopping options, as well as all-season activity at Breckenridge Ski Resort, are approximately 15 minutes away by car.

    Ceilings soar in the Great Room, detailed with huge windows and a stately gas fireplace. Stretch out on the sectional, armchair, or sofa and watch shows on a 65” smart TV. Peruse a collection of games and enjoy family game night around the coffee table. Gourmands will appreciate the immaculate kitchen, fitted with high-end appliances including a Wolf gas stove, double oven, and dishwasher, as well as a huge island with seating for five. Gather for hearty meals at the seven-seat dining room table. Step out to the deck and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Sip a beverage while unwinding on comfortable lounge furniture. Make use of the charcoal grill to prepare tasty barbecue meals.

    Primary suite: king bed, writing desk, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower (two showerheads), jetted tub, double vanity, and walk-in closet.
    Second suite: queen bed, gas fireplace, en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and jetted tub.
    Third suite: queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, en-suite bathroom with a rain shower, jetted tub, and double vanity.
    Fourth suite: queen bed, twin-over-full bunk bed, en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
    A half bath adds convenience.

Woodland Paradise Perfect Winter Getaway!

The Woodland Paradise was the perfect cabin for our weekend trip to Breck to ski, dog sled, snowmobile and more! It was so nice and spacious and cozy, surrounded by such beautiful scenery. It was tucked away just outside of Breck and an easy drive into the ski resort or main street! A dog friendly cabin is always a plus for us as we never vacation without them! We can't wait to visit again soon!

Better than we bargained for. Excellent place to stay in the peace and quiet forest.

This home is impressive in every way possible. The Grama's Girl's trip was to bond with family and still have privacy or solitary time if wanted, and this place did not disappoint us. Five suites with large bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for every comfort. The kitchen and living room were huge areas that allowed everyone to converse while cooking. The deck outside the kitchen was everything you could imagine in a quiet forest setting. We didn't want to leave! This spectacular property is worth every penny. Every window had a picture postcard view and the stars and night sky were breathtaking. This home has everything you could hope for and more. Indeed, this is a dream home.

Breckinridge-March 2021

The home itself is very spacious, comfortable and has beautiful views. Note that there is no cell reception until you are in home and on WiFi. This caused a major problem in trying to get access to property. As with many properties they sent access information within 24-48 hours prior. What was not provided was clear instructions that garage code was needed in order to use entrance code from within garage. This was sent months before with confirmation. Save and/or print all communications. Why it was not provided with final instructions is still a mystery. Usually there is a local contact for most properties…. There is none here. You need to call Vacasa which was experiencing long wait times to talk to someone. This was an added frustration as we needed to drive 20 minutes back into Breckinridge to get solid cell reception. Cleanliness was average - dust visible in some areas and kitchen was not cleaned well. Also only limited amount of garbage liners provided. Kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. With all this said we did enjoy our time there.

Excellent stay!

We loved this home away from home! Our extended family stayed here for 7 days and it completely fit our needs. Everyone had their own space with separate rooms and bathrooms. The living room and kitchen area is very spacious and open. The kitchen had a lot of amenities to cook with. The only downside for us was that a few of the beds were spring beds and we are use to memory foam, so that affected sleep a little bit. But overall, most people enjoyed their beds and slept well. This home is in a great location, and you really get the Colorado mountain experience with beautiful trees all around and views of the mountain range. We would definitely stay again!

Fall in the mountains

The views were wonderful and the location was great. However, the Samsung tablet didn’t work to access info. No cell service, so it was difficult to communicate with management, especially about the cable TV that didn’t work for over 3/4 of our stay. We missed college football and favorite NFL team.

Wonderful private setting in the woods

This home was wonderful for a group of 9. We had a great time! We traveled from Texas, Wisconsin and Denver. Very large open Kitchen/living room area to hang out. Hiking trails galore! Easy check in and check out. Communication with contact person, while we were in the home, regarding needing dishwasher tabs and wash clothes for each guest, was very frustrating and unacceptable. We were told we would have to provide those items ourselves, that they were not included. this texting conversation went on for 2 hours. Luckily a second contact person took care of this very quickly once they became aware.

Upon our arrival oven was not operational. Did finally get it fixed 2 days before departure. Kuerig coffee maker also was not operational. Did have a coffee maker available to use. Recommend kleenex and liquid soap dispensers in bathrooms and additional TVs in other bedrooms.. House was beautiful and had fantasic views. Had good communication with Turnkey manager. Thanks again for the use of your house. Bill E.
