Owner was very responsive. Unit was perfect size for family of 4 with grade school kids. Love amenities of the property. Two separate areas of outdoor hot tubs and pools. Love the location to town and the slopes. Love the free shuttle.

We loved our stay here! The condo was great for our family of 4 for the week. Super clean, cute decorations, nice furnishings (super comfy lounge chair!), and plenty of space to store all our stuff. Well-stocked kitchen for making meals (nice pots & pans, plenty of silverware, adorable bowls, dishwasher, full-sized fridge). Large containers of handsoap, body wash, shampoo & conditioner were provided in the bathroom/shower. Tons of outlets for charging electronics. Good views & nice natural light in the bedroom. To accommodate our family of 4, we requested a roll-away bed for the week. Anytime we needed/wanted anything (more clean towels, more kleenex, another blanket, etc.), we simply called the front desk & they brought it up. Convenient parking and ski lockers under the building. The host, Meiyi, was very responsive and kind and took time to talk with me in advance of the trip. The resort itself was wonderful! Everything is close together. My kids loved the great room with the pool table, shuffleboard, and TVs to watch March Madness. We enjoyed the heated pools and hot tubs, and the comfy robes and ample pool towels were a bonus. Be sure to reserve (for free!) the movie theatre at least once. Location was fabulous! 2 minute shuttle ride to the ski lift. 5 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge. We will definitely be back!

The room was cozy and clean, outdoor hot tubs were great addition, the host was very communicative and supportive, location was close enough for lifts and downtown. Overall, We loved this place and will definitely return. One sad thing was a front desk. Untrained unprofessional guy attended our issue and made me very uncomfortable.

Wonderful stay

Property was perfect for our family stay. Host was so responsive and gave great recommendations. We used the fold out couch and a roll away bed, both were very good. We would definitely come back again!

Grand Timber Lodge rocks for Skiing & Swimming

This suite is 3rd floor, so NO morning stompers to wake us up, and it’s adjacent from elevator, so that was very convenient. I was happy to see that all aspects of cooking were accounted for even olive oil and spray since I had forgot to bring it. The beds, including the hideabed, were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the atmosphere of the room. The reserved parking spot meant never having to find a spot, since garage was pretty full at times.We love Grand Timber Lodge because it’s so close to Snowflake lift in the ski season and in the spring/summer the various pools and hot tubs are a blast for kids and parents alike. The grills are high-end and worked nicely for a family BBQ (tip: after lighting grill it may appear not lit, but feel for heat). We loved our stay!!

We had a great stay! The communication was great, the unit was clean and stocked with everything we needed, the resort amenities were amazing for children, and the location was convenient with ski in and ski out availabilities. All in all we had a great stay and would book this unit again!

Meiyi was wonderful to book with. She gave us lots of extra information about the area, including good hikes for my grandson. She went out of her way to remedy an issue caused by the resort even though it was just the resort’s issue and not hers. We were very pleased with our accommodations!

Little tight but satisfied

Overall, was satisfied. Place was very clean. Loved front desk service and robe options. Hot tubs bit crowded. Access to Snowflake Lift easier than Beaver Run. The Boot Saloon service was terrible on first busy night; but was much better earlier in day on another visit. Food is pretty good. No hand soap provided for kitchen which was unusual and annoying. Didn't have to take out trash/recycling which was nice. Parking was great. Ski lockers limited for size of building and demand.

Read the photo captions, they're important

I wish I'd read the photo captions more carefully. We were a bit surprised to find out that the main living room/kitchen only has one set of small windows, which is above, not at, eye level. The bedroom also has one window which has a nice view of the mountains. The deck with chairs shown in the photos is not part of the condo, it's by the elevator across the hallway. As it was summer, we were disappointed by the lack of light in the living room/kitchen area. If we were skiing and getting back after dark, this would be less of an issue. Everything else about the property was awesome- the pools, hot tubs, proximity to town, shuttles, and other amenities. I'd stay at this property again, but I'd choose a different condo with more windows, and light, and sightlines to the mountains.

Relaxing mountain vacation

We were traveling with a small child and loved everything the resort had to offer - shuttle to town, playground, multiple pools, arcade, 4 movie theaters, and kids activities. The restaurant on site was a nice feature for food and drinks, and the patio had lots of games likes shuffle board and basketball. Everything about the resort was perfect for us and could not have dreamed of a better facility. Meiyi was very responsive and even proactively checked in on us during our stay. The only negative - which was our oversight of the photo captions, was that the patio shown was common and not private to the unit. We would definitely recommend Meiyi's place to anyone looking for a summer mountain vacation.

Fantastic!

Look no further, this property has everything you need. The entire complex was perfect for our family and two teenagers. Indoor/outdoor pool area, hot tubs, craft classes, and of course the skiing. Highly recommend. Well kept property with all the amenities you would need. We’ll be back!

Perfection All Around

We so enjoyed our first visit to Breckenridge and a lot of it had to do with our stay at Grand Timber Lodge . Our hostess was so accommodating and responsive from the first request to book the unit until after we arrived home! Best experience ever! The unit was presented as shown in photos. The location of the unit was especially quiet being on third floor. No thumpers above you! The elevator was across from the unit but we never heard other folks coming or going. We always used the elevator to the garage level which made it very close to the free shuttle offered by Grand Timber Lodge. This exit also put us closer to the ski out option to the Snowflake chairlift. The owner also had a humidifier in the closet which was used in the bedroom; a portable space heater which took the chill off the bathroom; and a large table with shelves in the bathroom for all of your toiletries. We ladies need so many things😊. The owner contacted us day after arrival to see if everything was okay and again after we returned home. We would highly recommend staying at Four O’Clock.

The Property: The property itself is part of the Grand Timber Lodge, so while it is an apartment it has all the amenities of a resort. The front desk is always accessible are very helpful in providing things you need (extra towels, robes, and other amenities). The apartment is very well furnished. Has a very comfortable king bed and a pull-out couch. The kitchen is very well appointed with dishes, pots and pans, and appliances. Overall the apartment is very clean and well kept. The Grand Timber lodge is just across the private driveway. What that means is that the free resort shuttle that takes you to main street Breckenridge stops right across. We had a car that stayed parked in the building garage, and we used the shuttle to get everywhere. The Two pools and hot-tubs (one at the lodge and the other in Building 6, also across the driveway) were available with plenty of towels, and clean locker-rooms. We also reserved a private movie theater (one of 4 available to reserve for free for 3 hrs at a time) one of the evenings to unwind after a day at the slopes. Ski-in-ski-out: Also right across the street is the trail where you clip in and ski in and out to the Snowflake chair lift which takes you mid-mountain on Peak 8. And although you can also take the shuttle to Peak 9 or the Gondola, having the ability to ski in and out was just awesome. The host: Meiyi was amazing. She kept in touch before and during the trip, keeping us informed, especially the weather and how to be prepared for it. We had rented an SUV (she had warned us to get one, and boy were we happy we did), as I-70 can quickly turn into an adventure of its own if there is snowfall. She provided us with details about the property (and the resort), restaurant recommendations and activities available in addition to sking. She was prompt in responding to questions and very helpful. Overall, we highly rate this place and would recommend it to friends and family in a heartbeat.

Amazing stay!

We had such a great experience in Meiyi’s condo! The space is really clean and cozy. We were there right before Christmas and there were cute holiday decorations. The condo was well furnished, aesthetically pleasing and really comfortable. Both kids and adults really enjoyed the great pool and hot tub area, with both indoor and outdoor options. And we were able ski right on and off the slopes, which was super useful with young children. Meiyi was extremely communicative and friendly/helpful. We’ll be back!

Back to Breck Trip

Just spent the most AMAZING 5 days at this Beautiful condo at The Grand Timber Lodge. This is a True Ski-in/Ski-Out Condo. Perfect Location to the Slopes and to Main Street. The property offers everything you would imagine. My husband used the Gym Every morning. We also enjoyed the Hot Tubs after our Perfect two days of skiing. They provided you with Robes and towels. You Never need a car. The Shuttle service will gladly take you where you need to go. The owner of this Beautiful condo Meiyi was always in touch to offer Great Information and guidance to make your trip the Best. My husband and I truly created Memories that will last a Lifetime. We can't wait to come back to visit Breck again. When we do, we would Love to stay here.
