The location of the house is amazing, it’s just an eight minute walk to the gondola, three minute walk to a local market and to plenty of restaurants.On the other side, the lights did not work in two of the rooms and I received the worst attention ever on this matter, also another day we didn’t have our beds made, even though we paid for that.The house is extremely noisy, if there is a faucet running then the whole house becomes a concert of noises. The house is old, the mattresses are awful and the house is not a clean house, it needs a deeper clean.The host answered pretty fast until I started having trouble with the house, after that it took a while for them to answer, and I am still waiting two weeks later for an answer from them regarding a refund because of the lights.

Everything was great! All of my family from IL came out for Christmas. Everyone had their own rooms with bathroom. Living room big enough for everyone to hangout. Kitchen is small but fully stocked for us all (21). It was close to downtown, so easy to walk the kids instead of driving and finding somewhere to park. Host was reliable. Hot tub was great too!

We had 6 cars and only 3 spaces. There's only one lot that allows overnight parking in the whole town so that was a hassle. Location was perfect, the house handled all 20 of us with no problem and the kitchen, though small, was well stocked with equipment. Plus 2 fridges and 2 ovens. Mattresses were terrible and the pillows not much better. Several of us used couch pillows to sleep on. We had good and timely communication with owner and entry was simple. Overall we would recommend this place.

Stayed at this location for a work event. The house was absolutely great for our team - provided privacy with almost all rooms having their own bathroom. The house is set up with mindful attention to detail to include double fridges, dishwashers etc. Location could not have been better as well! Highly recommend!

Location is great. Rooms as described. Kitchen is well stocked but tight. The balcony rail was fixed, and the hot tub is great. Overall, needs a refresh. The queen mattresses are in rough shape and the couches are sagging. Air hockey table is gone and just a range of smaller stuff like one light in the whole main living area and the broken dishwasher rack or the flakey fire alarm.

Breckenridge Stay

The property location and size could not have been better! 10 minutes to Main Street with 10 bedrooms - outstanding!!! The property layout was outstanding with 4 rooms up and 6 rooms down with a large dining room for eating and gathering. However, the property is extremely dated with old curling rugs on the floor (trip hazards), at least 4 of the beds had old memory foam mattresses that could not be slept on. Much of the furniture was quite old and falling apart. The main attraction air hockey game table in the center of the room was non-operative. The price for a location in this condition is misrepresentative of the quality of the location. Were the property to be updated, we'd return without second thought, however if in the same condition we would not return. Lastly management response time to questions was fantastic. No delays with all the information needed. Would rate 6 out of 10.

Lots of room

The location and large amount of bedrooms and bathrooms were great! Able to walk to Main Street in just a few minutes. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean with nice linens and comfortable mattresses. Kitchen had good supply of cookware and dishes, need more forks! The deck was very unsafe with the railing coming apart, not stable and had dangerous gaps in the vertical slats, not safe for children to be near. Inside a few of the large rugs in the living space were curling at the edges creating a tripping hazard, also some were quite dirty and stained. The lower dryer stopped working after making a loud noise. The dining space was very large and handled our large group. Air hockey table did not work. We would not book this property again. Needs some TLC.

Poor quality home and not maintained

The house is large, with a lot of bedrooms, and in a great location. The house is otherwise misrepresented. The roof deck is essentially unusable due to railings that are completely falling off. The property management company replies quickly but with no actual solutions. In fact, they told us they weren’t planning to fix this until the summer, acknowledging that there was a known safety issue. There were shards of glass on the floor on arrival. The management company offered to come sweep it up for us, but of course we did this on our own, and they did not offset any of the cleaning fee despite inadequate cleaning. The house is poorly maintained throughout. For this price point I would absolutely book elsewhere.

Great location and good for big group

This place is in a great location with walkable access to both the BreckConnect Gondola and downtown. The place was large and fit our group of 18 with ease (was almost 22 of us and that would’ve fit easily as well). Great bunk rooms for the teens/kids and very manageable house with enough rooms for adults on ground floor and teens/kids on second floor. Kitchen is a bit cramped but family room and HUGE dining room table made meals, socializing and game night a blast.

Not ready at agreed move in time, 4pm , dirty , black mold in tubs ,old furniture and appliances. The kitchen is in the center of the house and noise carries to 4 of the bedrooms in A MLocation is good , but not enough parking for the amount of bedrooms

Unique house with plenty of room

The house has 10 bedrooms and 8 full baths. Almost two of everything in the kitchen. The table is large enough so that all can fit around it and enjoy a big meal. The parking on-site is great in the back of the property. The location is very convenient to Main Street and the Gondola.

Mixed bag.

Great location and nicely decorated home. Significant noise from additional occupants in upstairs unit. Unfortunately, the issue is related to poor sound attenuation in the home. I would not return unless the noise issue was resolved.

The best house for groups

This house was perfect for our bachelorette party! Almost every room has its own bathroom. It’s way bigger in person than the pictures. The hosts were also very responsive! Location was perfect right near Main street

Great family reunion

The design of the property was perfect for this three generation gathering. The kids loved the air hockey, the fact that each bedroom had it's own bath (except children's bunk rooms shared a bath) and that all 19 of us could set at the dining table (we brought down a few chairs from the deck and they fit). The kitchen had plenty of dishes and serving plates. One minor problem was that the second dishwasher was missing the upper tray, also there was only one fairly small coffee pot, while there were two ovens, two dishwashers, two refrigerators, two toasters. Everyone agreed that it was a perfect place for a family reunion (Colorado, Illinois, Utah, New Mexico).

AvantStay was superb as property manager but the property is in poor condition and in need of major improvements. Broken window taped. Refrigerator had multiple broken shelves taped together with packaging tape. Two cabinet doors falling off. Microwave missing front causing it to blow back into the house and repeatedly setting off smoke alarm. Buffalo mount hanging full of dust. For the price paid for this property, I would expect well kept accommodations. Excellent location and great layout for our family group of 22.

Great for Large Groups, But Worn

We had ten adult men on an annual ski trip. We chose this home as it offered each man his own bedroom as well as a large living/hang out area. In addition, we deliberately chose to stay at a location off mountain so as to be able to walk into town for apres ski and dinner. We were also prepared to walk to the town gondola to get to the mountain. The house was GREAT for all the above. We especially valued having individual bedrooms. The one caveat I would add is that the house is worn and the finishes and furnishings have not been updated and/or are not high quality. The kitchen is especially outdated and not well equipped relative to other vacation rentals we have enjoyed over the last two decades. Bedrooms are also sparely decorated and definitely not luxurious but highly functional. Bottom line, if you value a large space in town and don't care about high end furnishings and fixtures, this house is a pretty good find. Apart from the home itself, Avant Stay was easy to deal with and offered us options for our stay that were interesting and thoughtful. We ended up taking them on up an early arrival option that allowed us to arrive in the morning the day we left a nearby ski area.

Family Thanksgiving

I booked for a large family event (23 people), and this was the perfect venue. Plenty of accommodations for everyone and the location downtown great for shopping and gondola rides. AvantStay staff were extremely responsive, and the process could not have been easier. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful late summer stay

This home is spacious, peaceful, and well-situated in Breckenridge. It is close enough to everything but far enough away from any noise. It is an easy walk to town. Communication from the host was professional and timely. The only downside is overnight parking for additional cars beyond 3, but the overnight city lot is only 2 miles away. Everyone enjoyed the air hockey table and rooftop firepit.
