Step inside and the fun begins immediately. Drop down the 11-foot indoor slide, session the indoor skateboard halfpipe and bowl, hit the snowboard rail garden, or scale the 18-foot climbing wall in the home’s jaw-dropping adventure basement. When it’s time to unwind, fire up the hot tub, settle into the movie theater, or challenge your crew to arcade games, skeeball, foosball, poker, or a round of pool—all surrounded by glowing neon signs that make every night feel like a celebration.

The main living room is designed for connection, comfort, and gameday energy, with seating for up to fifteen and a massive 75” TV for the ultimate viewing experience. The gourmet kitchen features a spacious island, breakfast nook, and dining table perfect for family meals and après-ski feasts. For an elevated touch, private chefs are available for booking, so you can enjoy restaurant-quality dining without leaving home. A warm indoor gas fireplace and radiant in-floor heating keep the space cozy all season long.

Step outside and the adventure continues. A private skate bowl offers guests a chance to carve, cruise, or drop in with a backdrop of alpine peaks—perfect for skaters of all levels. Nearby, a treehouse, zip line, horseshoe pit, gold sluice box, and sledding hill invite endless outdoor play, with National Forest trails literally out the back door—ideal for hiking, snowshoeing, or mountain biking straight from the property. Additional outdoor amenities include a two-person sauna, three outdoor slides, and swing chairs that invite slow mornings and long summer evenings. The home offers ample parking—up to five cars in summer and four in winter—with two heated garages for added convenience.

When it’s time to rest, four beautifully appointed bedrooms welcome up to ten guests. Two king suites feature spa-style bathrooms with walk-in showers and soaking tubs, while two additional guest rooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements for families and friends. With five and a half bathrooms, everyone enjoys space, privacy, and comfort.

- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note that a pack and play and a high chair are available for your convenience.
- Please note: The lockoff area is not accessible from inside the main house. It can only be accessed through the side entrance, located up the stairs to the left of the garage.

Parking Details:
- Ample parking for up to 5 cars in summer and 4 in winter due to plowing, with 2 heated garages available.

All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
