For warmer months, you'll be in close proximity to plenty of scenic hiking trails within a mile of your home base.

Return back to your condo after a wonderful day out in nature and take notice of the beautiful interior decor, sure to make you feel right at home. Head into the full kitchen and cook up a delicious homemade meal for you and your friends, then sit down and relax on the comfortable furnishings out in the living area. Step out onto the balcony and gaze out at your own private awe-inspiring vista, perfect for relaxing with a nice, evening beverage. Several on-site amenities await you, so make a splash or two in the glimmering pool or simmer down in the hot tub and soothe those worries away. End the night by huddling by the fireplace. A washer/dryer is provided to refresh for the next day ahead.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice condo. Clean . Carpet a little outdated and probably caused a little whiff of a "musty" smell , but not really too bad. Easy rental experience. Close to shuttle. Unfortunately some construction was going on in the hot tub area and was visually unattractive. Overall it was a good stay for two nights.

Cons; ceiling fans really dirty. Hair clumps found in 2 of the beds. Queen bed broken, no support underneath. We took a board from bunk bed to fix. Kitchen decently stocked but cookware needs replaced very scratched and toxic Lighting was very dim. Had to buy light bulbs for lamp in living room. We threw away a large white plastic bowl in kitchen because it was melted and had holes (not by us). Pros; location, beds were comfortable, decently stocked and pretty clean except ceiling fans.

Mountain escape close to downtown

Stayed June 6th-June 9th 2024 The condo was great for my family of five! Our 18,17 and 11 year olds had enough space for everyone to do their own thing. Location was great! There was no parking pass in the condo like stated in the description so we went to Vacasa and got one. Slight inconvenience. The pool is off site and we did not use. We did use the hot tub quite often and it was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location close to restaurants/shops as well as Peak 9. Very short walk to the Quicksilver Lift. Plenty of room to stretch out!

Cozy Home Away from Home

The apartment was nice & cozy! Communication was clear from the management up to our stay. There was a small problem with locking the door upon leaving as the code expired before check out. The fireplace is also old school and couldn’t get it to work which would have been nice on a cold night. But within walking distance of downtown Breck with shops & restaurants. We also walked to the gondola for our ski day! I do recommend this stay!
