The first-floor living room features a sofabed seating area with a TV, access to a private patio, a washer/dryer, and a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, the living room has high vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace to curl up next to, and lots of comfortable furniture. Outside, the balcony is the perfect place to savor your morning coffee before heading up the mountain. The well-equipped kitchen features a high-end gas range that's a joy to use and a two-drawer dishwasher to knock out dirty dishes in no time. There's one bedroom on this level as well.

Spend an afternoon on the slopes, then enjoy an après-ski meal in downtown Breckenridge. Come home to sip a glass of wine, soak in the hot tub, then watch a favorite DVD. Other in-home entertainment options include four smart TVs, Xfinity cable, an Xbox, board games, books, and complimentary WiFi. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
