The Space:
Settle into a comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bath townhouse with an easygoing, mountain-forward vibe. The living area offers space to relax after the slopes, plus a sleeper sofa for extra flexibility. Step out from the primary bedroom onto the wraparound balcony and take in the alpine air and mountain views. Stay connected with Wi-Fi, and enjoy convenient access to on-site community amenities, including indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, a sauna, fitness center, and game room with a pool table. If you’re bringing a car, limited paid garage parking may be available (see Important Things to Note for details). Entry, parking, and amenity access are all managed through the Village at Breckenridge app.

Important Things to Note
• Max occupancy is inclusive of adults, children, and infants.
• App-based entry: Please download the Village at Breckenridge app before arrival. You’ll use it to access the condo, parking, and all complex amenities.
• Parking: Parking is very limited and not guaranteed. If available, we can offer a maximum of one paid garage spot. A team member will reach out within 24 hours of booking to confirm availability. If parking is unavailable or you decide not to use it, we’ll refund the parking fee within 24 hours of your check-in.
• Wi-Fi is provided; however, due to the mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Pets: This home is not pet friendly.
• Stairs / Elevator: There is an elevator within the building. The building elevator is operated and maintained by the building management, not by us as hosts. While it’s typically available, please note that any maintenance or outages are outside of our control. In Case of emergency kindly use the stairs.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
Getting Around:
Location logistics: Many local highlights are nearby—Maggie Pond, Blue River Plaza/Riverwalk, the Peak 9 base area, Carter Park & Pavilion, Stephen C. West Ice Arena, High Line Railroad Park & Playground, the BreckConnect Gondola, and Sawmill Reservoir trailhead are all within about a 5-minute drive, traffic and season permitting.
