Swan River Lodge on klassinen korkea maan yksityisyyttä parhaimmillaan. Se on hyvä paikka pitää perhe-asia, jossa on paljon viihtyisiä huoneita keskusteluun ja muistojen antamiseen. Pariskunnat kauneuden kotiin upeilla näkymillä länteen Ten Mile Range -alueelle ja itään ylös upouusan Swan River Valley - sekä 1/2 kilometrin läheisyydessä kansallisesti tunnustettu Jack Nicklaus suunniteltu Breckenridge julkinen golfkenttä - ja voit " t löytää toivottavaa loma-asunnosta kotiin!

Tämä upea 5 makuuhuoneen 5. 5-kylpyhuoneinen deluxe-koti Breckenridgen Highlands-naapurustossa on täydellinen vuoripaikka suurille perheille tai jopa 18 hengen ryhmille. Jokainen osa Swan River Lodge on ilmoitus vuoristomaiseman suunnittelusta. Esimerkiksi kahdeksankymmentäkahdeksansataa tuhatta kiloa männynpohjaa Yellowstone National Parkin ulkopuolelta lisäävät sekä sisustusta että ulkoa!

Päätasolla oleskelutilassa on huiman holvikatot ja suuret ikkunat, jotka tarjoavat kauniit vuoristomaisemat Ten-Mile-alueelle. On ihana kaasu takka ja runsaasti antiikkihuonekaluja ja tuolit, rentoutua ja ottaa näkemyksiä. Täysin varustetussa keittiössä on lusikka-vaahterasta valmistettu kalusteet sekä kaikki mitä ikinä tarvitsette upeita vuoren aterioita. Erittäin suuri ruokapöytä istuu jopa 12 hengelle, ja siellä on erillinen aamiaishuone, johon mahtuu kuusi. Astu kannelle ja ota näkymät, tai grillata grilli.

Tämä ainutlaatuinen alempi tason talossa on nautinto keskittyä. Teatteri-huone, jossa on suuri näyttö, stereot ja videonauhuri, avautuu tärkeimmälle perhealueelle, jossa on antiikki biljardipöytä ja suuri märkäbaari, jossa on jääpalakone ja jääkaappi. Kolme suurta oleskelutilaa, joten voit rentoutua kaasutakkaan tai hengailla suurella LCD-televisiolla. Cozy home perfect for large groups

The house was perfect for our trip. The location made it easy to get to the mountain, restaurants, and stores. The bathrooms were well stocked and everything was tidy when we arrived.

Very spacious, great, and clean home

This place is huge with many large living spaces. Easy check-in/out. We appreciated the cleanliness and the central location near Breckenridge, Keystone and Copper. One improvement we would suggest is to replace the dim lighting in the kitchen and dining room.

Breckenridge ski vacation

Great house with plenty of room for friends and family.- Kitchen well supplied with cooking.- Hot tub, always great after a day of skiing- Pool table was fun, even if the base was a bit cracked and sloped.- Lots of beds, some mattresses could be updated.- Piano was fun, but a bit out of tune- Washer and dryer were very helpful- 10-15 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge, Frisco and Dillon. - Plenty of food, grocery and equipment rental options.- Rental property was plowed in a timely manner after snow fall- Rental team responded quickly to questions

Wonderful Week!

We are so grateful to have stayed in your lovely mountain home! It is so spacous, and we had plenty of room for our children, their spouses, and our grandchildren. It is also the absolute perfect location -- we had privacy in the gorgeous mountains and yet were just a few minutes from downtown Breckenridge and numerous hiking trails. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, flatware, pots and pans, and even basic seasonings. We enjoyed the views from the multiple balconies as well as the hot tub! The lowest floor was amazing with multiple bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), 3 sitting areas, fireplace, piano, pool table, and a section with a large screen TV. Thank you again for a perfect week!

Our party of 12 loved our stay at the Swan River Lodge. The property was spacious and well-stocked for the essentials. We loved the views, hot tub, and even enjoyed a couple of wildlife sightings from the main room!

Guys weekend away

Had a weekend getaway with the guys. There were ten of us. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and hang out. Good proximity to the marina and other activities. Can’t beat that view of the surrounding mountains.

Great time with friends and awesome location!! Nothing bad to say, just didn’t care for all the stairs being we had a friend who had a hard time with em. BBQ grill isn’t in the best spot away from the kitchen/dining area. Other than that, we loved every minute of it, and it had everything we needed. Thanks for having us!!

Great place for a big group

Five bedrooms, tons of sofas and chairs, two kitchen tables, a pool table, and a big hot tub with amazing views of the mountains. It really is the perfect place to spend time with friends / family. Highly recommend this place.

Late season skiers

The house is in a great neighborhood and has great structure and beauty with log walls. It is evidently set up for very large groups as there was what I would call an overwhelming amount of furniture. The living room had a couch and 12 additional chairs and various footrests and is not as pictured on the VRBO site. Downstairs included 5 different couch/chairs seating areas. This is a personal preference, I know, but the decor in the living areas seemed cluttered and mismatched. The bedrooms did not feel cluttered but the first floor master bedroom mattress was old with indentions that a couple had to work around. We had an adult on the lower bunk bed and on the larger bed in that room who did not sleep well due to the mattresses. The loft bed was fine. There were no complaints from the 2 young men who slept in the larger beds downstairs on the hot tub side of the house. The kitchen had a very large table and an average sized work space, but had no storage room for food (as the pantry was locked and cabinets were full of dishes/kitchen supplies). We stored all of our non-perishable items on the kitchen counters and floor. We do cook meals every morning and evening and make lunches so this lessened available countertop space. The internet was excellent (there was a comment last summer about slow internet speed). The management was very responsive to questions. We enjoyed the hot tub. The home was clean.

Nice big home for family and friends

This home was beautiful! Large rooms, plenty of beds and space for our family/friends of 12. You do need to drive to ski resorts but we did not mind. Wonderful private hot tub, which is a must for our family after skiing. We had 2 adults, 5 children (teenagers and young 20's) and they each invited a friend. There is a pool table for entertainment and a large living room for games. Yes I would vacation at this home again!

Beautiful lodge, accommodating a large group

We took our family for our annual Christmas getaway (we had 12 this year, all ages 20-51) and had a wonderful, relaxing time! The great room, kitchen, downstairs area and bedrooms all accommodated us very well. The location is extremely easy to get to, with assistance in plowing the driveway and shoveling the porches if there’s a lot of snow. We texted a couple of times and heard back relatively quickly. We’d love to return next year!

Great home for ski trip!

This place is excellent for a big group! Perfectly located and extremely spacious for large groups of family or friends. The communication with the host was fast and easy. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely be back!
