UUSI NIMI: Tämä kaupunkitalo oli aiemmin nimeltään "Fairmont Residence joella 229." Uusi nimi, sama suuri omaisuus!

Shores 229 sijaitsee Blue River -kauniilla paikalla Tenmile Rangein taustalla. Se on vain tien toisella Breckenridge Golf Club ja viiden minuutin ajomatka rinteillä ja keskustan Breckenridge. Rakastat tämän yksin asuinalueen rauhan ja syrjäisyyden (vielä kätevän sijainnin).

Tämä kaunis 4 makuuhuoneen, 3. 5-kylpyhuone kaupunkiasunto on loistava tapa kokea ylellisyyttä parhaimmillaan. Se on täydellinen pakopaikka ryhmille jopa kahdeksan ihmistä. Ihastut pulahtaa yksityiseen kylpytynnyriin erinomaisen hiihtopäivän jälkeen maailmankuululla Breckenridge-hiihtokeskuksella, vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä kaupunkitalosta.

Suuri huone yhdistyvät olohuone, avokeittiö ja muodollinen ruokapöytä. Suuri näkemykset upea lattiasta kattoon rock takka ja 42 '' LCD TV yläpuolella tekevät tästä loistava paikka rentoutua. Täysin varusteltu keittiö on kaunis graniittiset, custom leppä kalusteet, ammattitason neljän polttimen liesituuletin plus sileä, ja top-of-the-line astioita. Ruokapöytä istuu kahdeksan, ja siellä on tilaa vielä kolmelle tiskille.

Venture ulos paasi patio löytää todellisen ulkona rentoutumista. Kytke kaasupoltin kuoppaan ja sujauttaa kuuden hengen yksityisen kylpytynnyri todella nauttia vuoristomaisemat. Beautiful location

This is a great place to stay in Breck with tons of space and a perfect location. The property has great bones but could use a little TLC for this price range, particularly in the technology area. For example, there are no smart TVs, and we had issues with the main device that didn’t get addressed until the last day of our stay. The patio has beautiful views but the furniture is old and some of the chairs need to be replaced.

2025 winter family trip

Overall it was ok. The hot tub which was a main feature we needed and we used as a filter to search properties, was not usable until the last night we were there so that was really disappointing. The garage access door wouldn’t lock so that left a few in our group a little worried about security.

The property was clean, well maintained, and nicely stocked with kitchen appliances. They had nice extras like fans and a pack n play. You can tell the management company does a nice job maintaining the home. Great location!

Great location!

Loved the location. Was perfect for our group of 5 girls. We enjoyed the hot tub and the views! We also loved the steamer shower and the heated floors, such a nice bonus! Would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect Ski Vacation

This wonderful condo was perfect for my adult family for a ski vacation. The place was clean, convenient and roomy for 6 adults. It had everything we needed from kitchen supplies, ample pillows and blankets, to humidifiers. The hot tub was so nice after a day of skiing and was clean, hot and ready and to use. The 2 car garage was nice to park in and get vehicles out of the cold and snow. It is perfectly located just outside of Breckenridge that you get out of the busyness of the heart of town yet close enough to the slopes and restaurants. Communication with the property manager was great. Eivy was so friendly and attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Gorgeous home, great stay!

Two moms and four adult kids had a wonderful 6-night stay at this mountain home. It is beautiful, with soaring beams and ceilings, tasteful decor, great big hot tub, gas fireplaces, comfy beds and linens, lots of spaces to kick back and have a drink or read a book. Quiet neighborhood with a protected wildlife area behind it so no buildings. Saw a Grey Heron that roosts behind the home! A short walk down the road gets you to the Breck Free Ride shuttle service Green Line that comes to the Shores neighborhood at :29 and :59 after the hour and runs from 6:30 am to 11:30 pm. Take it right to the Breck gondola base. Picks up at the base at :45 and :15 for return trips. So convenient!

Great stay, beautiful property

We all enjoyed our trip to Breckenridge and while we didn’t get much fresh powder we did enjoy every day on the mountain. After skiing all day the hot tub and steam room felt great. The only thing I was disappointed in was the cookware in the property and it took a full 24 hours to heat the property. It was 63 in the house when we arrived at 7pm and it didn’t get to 70 until after we arrived back from skiing the next day. The cookware needs replaced! Too nice of a property to have that experience. Nevertheless, we enjoyed are stay and would recommend this property

Family Trip to Breckenridge

This house is gorgeous, very clean and the perfect layout for a large family. We had so much space and really enjoyed our time here. The house is located just slightly outside of Breck (maybe 4 miles) and is the perfect distance. We rented a car, but did take the shuttle one day (which picks you up 0.2 miles from the house) and drops you off at the gondola downtown. So convenient. You will NOT be disappointed with this house. We plan to come back and stay at the exact location again in the future.

Gorgeous view out back.

The river in the back yard was amazing to walk down to everyday . The view was scenic and the location being outside the busy area was perfect. The house was very spacious for 3-4 couples. Accommodations were nice. 2 car Garage was bonus for our motorcycles. You will not be disappointed here!

Overall impression of the property was excellent. We loved it and would love to come back again. The only negative was that some of the dishes in the cabinets were not clean. I can understand how possibly some of the dishes could be missed, but the overall cleanliness of the property was excellent. Thank you for a great stay.

50th Wedding Anniversary Vacation

We stayed at this beautiful property with my kids and grandkids for a week to celebrate our 50th anniversary. It was perfect. It's a comfortable and warm space that allowed for both together time and privacy when apart. The views out the back with the lovely Blue River rushing in the background cannot be beat. Space was clean and checkin was a breeze. Highly recommend!
