”Hotelli täytti kaikin puolin odotuksemme. Tyylikäs paikka, jossa oli hyvä palvelu. Rinteeseen pääsy helppoa, vaikka hotelli ei ole rinteiden vieressä. Ulkoporeallas mukavan eksoottinen kokemus. Pieni miinus sängystä, joka ei ollut kovin hyvä nukkua.”

”Went in the summer. It’s an amazing property and location. Only reason for not giving it a 5 star is the hot tubs weren’t fully working. Which wasn’t that big of a deal. They were still hot but only a a couple of them had jets working sort of. I will absolutely stay here again, and if the hot tubs are working. It gets a 5.”

”The price is worth it, especially for the views. Breakfast was okay, could've used some variety for the protein part, but not too bad; amenities were great, there's the spa and fire pit. Staff were friendly.”

”We walked into our room and it was 87 degrees. Used their fan they provided for 4 hours, like they recommended, and it went down to 83 degrees by the time we went to bed. Wish it would have been known that they don’t have AC. Made our one hotel night, that was supposed to be nice and relaxing, wet and sweaty.”

”The one bedroom came with 1.5 bathrooms that made the stay more convenient. The condo also had huge TVs and high end appliances. It was located in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay there again.”

”The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. ”

”The individual rooms are outdated and in serious need of renovation. Parking situation is very cramped and, on our last day, half of it was inexplicably closed off. This property allows individuals to own condos and rent them out while you can also book directly with the property. We didn't realize this and went with the lower priced option which was an individually owned property. As a result when I went to the front desk to ask for additional pillows and blankets, I was told they couldn't...

”We took the soap with us (nice bottle of soap from the bathroom), not realizing it was a "spa item." They charged us $80!!!! It was just soap.”
