”We stayed in the pretty garden room which looked out onto the courtyard garden. It was so peaceful and quiet at the hotel, despite its great central location. Our room was lovely and spacious, with high windows and ceilings, and the bed/bedding were of a high standard. Sofie, who runs the hotel, couldn’t have been nicer - there were surprise birthday treats for my husband when we arrived, extra towels were provided when needed, and Sofie was discreetly on hand to offer any advice on where to...

”The location was excellent and it was very quiet. We also appreciated easily dropping off our luggage before check in and after check out.”

”Sehr gut gelegen, mitten in der Altstadt, alles wichtigste zu Fuß erreichbar. Mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig, wahrscheinlich durch doppellte Fenster, auch gut verdunkelt in der Nacht. Parkhaus gleich gegenüber. Der einzige Nachteil für mich war der fehlende Aufzug.”

”Disappointed. The photos looked nice but the room doesn’t feel entirely clean (floor, towels, table). A lot of noise from the floor creaky sounds. There is no personal communication from the property management when I asked specific questions, which made my pre-trip planning anxious. ”

”Awful. We booked the Appartement in the morning for one night on the way home, but it was a disaster and we finally decided to move out again and drive home. The Appartement was smelling slightly, which we could handle, but then we went into the bathroom and the toilet was not cleaned at all, hairs and brown spots in and outside the toilet. The blankets on the beds were spotty with black marks and dust and dirt everywhere. Breadcrumbs in the other bathroom, hairs in the fridge. Fatty spots at...

”Stains on the furniture and headboard of the bed. Stairs to get up to room were so narrow and dark - my husband rolled his ankle trying to get up. Room was very dirty - and not well maintained. Would not recommend. Staff were not helpful nor present. ”
