”We keep choosing this Hotel for so many reasons! The incredible smell when you walk in the door, it just melts away the stress of travel. Then there is the super kind and professional staff. ”Hotel cleanliness concerns
My stay was far below expectations. The room had noticeable dust, the hallways carried a persistent unpleasant smell, and the bathroom door was poorly aligned, making it difficult to use. Toilets tank was leaky.
Although the front desk acknowledged these issues and assured me a refund, they asked me to coordinate with the manager — who has been unreachable and has not returned any of my calls.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this...

”Our stay was disappointing due to numerous issues affecting both comfort and safety.
Check-in was slow, and although we reserved two rooms, we were initially checked into only one. The second room was assigned on the opposite end of the hotel before staff corrected the mistake.
Throughout the evening, children and teenagers repeatedly ran through the hallways yelling, and late at night groups attending a local football tournament were partying in the parking lot. Despite several calls to the...

”We stayed here while we were visiting my sister and her family. My sister is in her 1st trimester with her 2nd child and the nausea kept her down one of the days we were there. It wasn’t a big deal because there was so much to do just in the hotel! My boys loved playing in the pool, the foosball table and the shuffleboard table while listening to music outside. We ended the night with a movie on the 75” tv in our room! We will definitely be back!”
