”My wife and I visited for one night . The hotel is beautiful, clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious. When we checked out, we left my wife’s CPAP in the room. As soon as Lena went in to clean the room, she immediately took it down to Terri. Terri called me immediately and we were able to go back for it, only losing a few minutes.

”Parking was fine. The elevator was broken and we have major problems with climbing stairs so that was an inconvenience. Breakfast was limited. She didn’t have any help and we didn’t have coffee ready, no spoons, no yogurt, no water. ”

”Pillow had lots of visible hair (not mine) on it and I noticed it as soon as I got into the room. The front desk staff was apologetic and provided me with new pillows. I checked in at night so it seemed that maybe housekeeping had left for the day already and I was asked to go to the lobby to receive the replacement pillows. I was only there for 1 night and just needed some rest but i couldn’t help but wonder if the rest of the linens were clean/changed or not. Breakfast was what one could...
