Tule tutustumaan tilavaan, 1920-luvun, 2-kerroksiseen, 3 makuuhuoneen, hirsitaloon, joka on täynnä klassisia piirteitä, samoin kuin toinen, kaksikerroksinen vierastalo, jossa on 2 yläkerran makuuhuonetta ja pääkerros biljardille, pingispöytä ja iso TV . Huomaa, että perushinta on 8 vieraalle. Muilla vierailla on yömaksu, joka on kuvattu hintaosassa.
Tuo veneesi ja sitoa poijusi väriaineiden sisääntuloon. Uida kesällä kelluvaan lauttaan, joka on sidottu toiseen poijuun ja hengailla. Mene melontaan lahdella yhdessä neljästä kajakista (PFD ja melat mukana). Suuri solarium on unelma aurinkoisesta päivästä aterioiden tarjoamiseksi tai rentoutumiseen. On olemassa kolme ruokapöytää, joista pääsee helposti suureen keittiöön. Ryhmät voivat nauttia aterioita yhdessä. Valtava Weber-BBQ lisää ruoanlaittokokemustasi. Rentoudu Apollon kylpytynnyrissä tai ranta-terassilla, molemmilta länteen päin näkymät lahdelle. Olemme lisänneet toisen terassin, jossa on takka. Lähetä lapset isoun urheiluhuoneeseen hengailla. Pelaa krokettia pihalla. Ruohoramppi tarjoaa helpon pääsyn rannalle. Mene kesällä / syksyllä hedelmätarhaan valita luumut, omenat, päärynä-omenat, päärynät ja viinirypäleet. Kajakki lahdella.
Päärakennuksessa on kolme tilavaa yläkerran makuuhuonetta, joissa on neljä queen-vuodetta, futon ja huone pinnasängylle. Jokaisessa huoneessa on mukava tuoli, joka katselee vettä henkilökohtaista lukemista varten. Toisessa rakennuksessa (vierastalossa) on kaksi yläkerran makuuhuonetta, joissa yhdessä huoneessa on queen-vuode ja toisessa huoneessa kaksi queen-vuodetta ja poikkipinta-sohva. Toisen rakennuksen sisäänkäynti on noin 100 metrin päässä päärakennuksen etuovesta. Nauti wifi- ja satelliitti-TV: stä molemmissa rakennuksissa.
Päärakennuksen televisio ja Vizio-äänijärjestelmä mahdollistavat puhelimen kytkemisen Bluetooth-yhteyden kautta musiikin toistamiseen. Langaton internet ja suora TV huolehtivat yhteys- ja mediatarpeista. Olohuone on talon näyttelykappale ja on hieno paikka viettää aikaa.
Päärakennuksessa on 3/4 kylpyamme alakerrassa ja täysi kylpyamme yläkerrassa. Täydessä kylpyammeessa on kynnysjalka, jonka avulla voit rentoutua kädessä pidettävän suihkun, pääntuen ja teak-lukualustan avulla. Toisessa rakennuksessa on täysi kylpyamme alakerrassa.
Erlands Point on kymmenen minuutin päässä Bremertonin lauttaterminaalista, Traders Joesista, Costcosta ja Safewaystä. Alueella on upeita golfkenttiä ja helppo pääsy Hood-kanavalle ja olympiavuorille. Ota autolautta tai nopeammin, jalkalautta Seattleen alle tunnissa. Gig Harbor, Poulsbo, Bainbridge Island ja Pt. Townsend ovat kaikki alle tunnin päässä.
Nautitamme 12 vuotta jakamalla ensimmäisen rantavuokraamomme lähellä olevassa Allynissa (# 108511), päätimme avata tämän hauskan kiinteistön muille.

Great mini-getaway
This was a fun little getaway for our Woodinville family. We kayaked and hot tubbed, every day. The weather pranked us, instead of being the usual hot August, we got a cool drizzly spell, but the solarium is where we hung out, because it was still toasty, even with the cool weather. We also brought our smaller dogs, who enjoyed the fully fenced yard. It reminded us of my grandparents’ cabin back in MN. We had a great time!

Great place for family fun!
We had a wonderful time with our adult children and their girlfriends/spouses. The place was clean and the kitchen well stocked! The house is "rustic" and we would joke that it was a step up from Boy Scout camp. We loved the old house and appreciated the newer building too! This is a great place for a laid back family gathering. Not fancy or new but definitely charming and quirky. The solarium was great for dinner and games. We would definitely come back again!

It was a nice property and good stay, however all beds need new mattresses, hot tub only half jets work, toilet in main floor is very loose, sumo alarm goes off a lot even though only dishwasher was running, never had showers while there. Guest house has no dishes and can’t use dishwasher there. Air conditioner is only available in two rooms in main house. Lots of signs and rules all over, was kind of funny! Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Great all around
We stayed here for our big family vacation. Two parents in their 50s, a bunch of 20 somethings, and two small children. The house is very old and funky, but we liked its character. The view out the back and the ability to do different things (kayak, paddleboard, firepit, hot tub,walk around) was great. We chose this area because it was reasonably close to Seattle by ferry, Mount Rainier, and Olympic National Park. Owner Dave is top-notch. Timely communication all throughout the trip and even came to the property to help with an issue. Highly recommend.

Had a great reunion with friends at this group friendly property. Lots of great gathering places in the main house, the game room, and the sunroom. Plenty of spaces for quiet reflection, reading, or a cup of coffee as you watched the wildlife all about. Our group enjoyed the outdoor fire pit the most as we re connected each night over a beverage. Excellent and responsive owner/host who replied to inquiries promptly and gave us good advice for catching the ferry into Seattle. Nice stay for us!

Gorgeous Views and lots of space!
We had so much fun staying here! We spent a lot of time looking at wildlife out on the water. The hot tub was broken for most of our stay which sucked because sitting in the tub looking out at the view was incredible! If you are planning on doing any cooking maybe think about bringing things you REALLY need like a sharp knife or a spatula. They had almost everything but have just seen a lot of love (: Kayaks and paddle board were great! Sitting in the solarium was so peaceful! We would def come back

House has character
Overall the houses and property are nice. The main house is quite old and has some quirks. Door latches don't latch well. Difficult figuring out the light switches etc. Only shower in main house is downstairs, and takes at least 3 minutes to get hot water. Also desperatly needs a good cleaning. Also the toilet rocks back when you sit on it. Great view of the bay, and access to the water. Plenty of parking. Some bushes on one side of the driveway have grown about a third of the way out into the driveway, so you can't avoid having then hit the side of your vehicle as you drive past.

Rustic waterfront getaway
This rustic log home was a charming delight! Plenty of room for everyone with the added guest quarters. Multiple dining tables and meeting options. The grounds were beautiful with freshly mowed grass and easy access to the waterfront. Kayaks and paddle board at the ready. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would rent again, with one condition. One of the draws to this home was the hot tub. It’s beautiful! You can sit in it and enjoy the open view of Puget Sound. Except that it was sandy and hadn’t had the appropriate chemical treatment. It was so musty and mildew smelling! Only one of our members got in, immediately got out and needed to shower. All of us could smell the mildew on her wet body in the house. If the owners would keep it treated and free from sand, this would be 5 starts all around!!

Spacious log home on the beach
This charming log home and bonus huge bedroom and playroom accommodated our three kids & grandkids comfortably. We wisely hedged our weather bet by ensuring indoor options, but happily had two good days that satisfied our hopes for hot tubbing, beachcombing and kayaking (3 and a rowboat came with the property). Seals, bald eagles and shifting tides balanced convenient urban entertainment. Appliances and mattresses were all new, TV and internet were excellent when we weren't kayaking or enjoying the atrium, playing pool, ping pong, playing cards or enjoying an evening before an outdoor fire. The owners were responsive and flexible, and everything was kept up and well signed. One of our best for a large family!

Beautiful Cabin, loved the solarium!
We had a great time with family and friends for a four-night stay. Plenty of beds/bedrooms and a very comfortable house. We especially loved the solarium, it rained a lot while we were there and it was so nice to sit in there doing puzzles or playing games and hearing the rain! We weren't able to use any of the kayaks due to the weather, but we did see some cool birds, ducks and a few seals also! Hot tub was in superb condition and we loved roasting marshmallows for the one night it didn't rain:) Dave,the host was super communicative and it was a super quick and easy drive from Seattle.

Fantastic Property to Celebrate Family
First impression is the spacious inside where there was room to accommodate everyone comfortably. The house was clean, well stocked, great attention to detail, fabulous views and perfect in every way. It was a perfect place to sit back and relax. We did all our own cooking and found all we needed was provided. It was also easy access to the ferry and Seattle for out of owners who wanted to do a bit of sightseeing. Christmas getaway
My family spent Christmas here and it was ny nephews first Christmas! We had a wonderful time and there was enough space for everyone (8 adults, 1 baby, 1 dog) wothoutit feeling cramped. There were 3 tables which made doing a puzzle easy without having to clean up/move and the hot tub was wonderful! A few cleanliness issue (rat traps, ants) but the pros outweighed the cons. Unfortunately the hdmi ports had been damaged by previous guests so we were cautious about plugging in our items but gave us more family time to play board games. The host was wonderful and everyone loved their stay a remarkable view. Thanks Dave for making this possible!

Great Retreat
We had a lovely time! Only wish we could have stayed longer! Plenty od room for family, friends and the pups! Nice big kitchen and living room areas. The solarium is wonderful and the hot tub is a nice extra. We had fun roasting marshmallows un the fire pit. The shallow inlet stays warm enough to swim in, even at the end of September. Beautiful house
As the organizer i was not abke to attend due to having COVID, but my friends at the retreat said they loved the house. Only negative was the close proximity of neighbors.
