”The room 411 was with noisy air con And the lamp in the bathroom did not worked I asked to get new room and refused by reception with no availability ! When I checked online before approaching there is a lot of rooms available to buy instantly!! But the location was on the beach of Bat Yam and the beach across the street. The guy from the breakfast doing everything to make the best, what was appreciated by me a lot!”

”I had a wonderful stay at Alberto Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the beautiful rooftop pool, which provided a perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Tel Aviv and close to everything the city has to offer. ”The hotel is rather small, very clean with very friendly staff. Or check in was quick and easy. We used the property oarking. The room was small, minimalistic with a small fridge, TV, tea and coffee bags and an electric teapot. There are food stores, cafes nearby. The sea is about 20minutes on foot. The centre is about 20 minutes on foot,too.”

”We arrived at the hotel after mid-night with prepaid rooms. The lady claimed that none of our 4 credit cards work. Finally she managed to put them through "another program" - even then she claimed that problem is with our cards which we'd used and continued to use during the trip without problems. Next day found bed bug or some other animal in the bath room - see pictures. During the second day the TV did not work for couple of hours despite maintenance guy came to see it. Wi-Fi was poor and...
