”Room was clean and safe, but was devoid of even basic amenities:
No hair dryer, no kitchenette items of any kind, no electric plug near the desk, no ice available in the building, no breakfast, only 3 small pillows [not enough for 2 people]. The inviting picture of the lobby on the Website is absolutely false.”

”Sheets were dirty, full of hair. Shower soap dispensers were empty. No hand soap available. No ice machine on property. the cabinet under the refrigerator was rotten and pieces of it in the floor proving the floor hadn't been vacuumed. Night staff was friendly and offered to move us to another room where the TV didn't work, with double beds vs. the king bed we had booked. ”

”The bathroom was disgusting. Old nasty toilet seat, toothpaste on the light switch, and the shower looked dirty. The pictures shown don’t really match the property. We felt unsafe because of the way the property looked. We had the room for about 5 minutes and instantly checked out. ”
