”The check-in man was cordial and helpful, even though I don't hear well. I had to ask where to find ice. (I was told to turn on the ice maker in the freezer in my room.) It would have helped if I'd been told that during check-in. Also, the bathroom sink drain was slow. It may be clogged. But otherwise, everything worked just fine. The air conditioner seemed to make scraping noises sometimes. I couldn't hear it clearly, but it was pretty loud when I was trying to sleep.”

”I am not sure how long this hotel has existed in Brentwood but it looked brandnew. The room, lobby, parking area, breakfast area and gym were all exceptionally clean. Very safe area. Easy to park and easy access to the freeway. Just minutes from downtown Nashville and minutes from Franklin. Friendly and helpful staff. The only issue was the room key. I had a 3 night stay and each day my key cards would stop working. Had to get a new key every day. Either they key cards are incredibly...
