"Olimme varanneet basic huoneet, mutta yllätykseksi saimmekin huoneen parvekkeella ja järvinäköalalla. Kaikki toimi! Ainoa minun että lähialueen ruokapaikat eivät olleet hyviä."

"Siisti hotelli, parveke ihana, suoraan järvelle. Mainio ja maukas aamiaisbuffet. Hyvin parkkitilaa oli ainakin syyskuussa. Laituri, ei ns uimarantaa. Siisti hotelli."

"Sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa täydellinen. Terassilta pääsi myös uimaan ja ihailemaan ilta-aurinkoa. Aamiainen erittäin runsas ja laadukas, mm. paljon tuoreita hedelmiä ja leivonnaisia. "

"Hotelli ja sen henkilökunta olivat upeita. Huone siivottiin ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin. Sopii liikuntaa harrastaville ja hiljaisuudesta nauttiville. Aamupala aivan mahtava, eikä maisemistakaan voi valittaa!"

"The location was absolutely beautiful. Scenery couldn’t be better. The property was well maintained and all the details were considered. Only challenge is that the Gargnano village is 5km steep downhill away, so you need the car to get there for dinner, etc. There were somerhing wrong with the bath amenities; i think instead of conditioner there was a body lotion in the bottle, and it didn’t do good for my hair."

"Todella hyvä ja siisti huoneistohotelli. Asunnot oli remontoitu ja niistä löytyi kaikki mukavuudet. Ilmalämpöpumppu oli ehdoton helteillä. Allasalue oli viihtyisä ja hotellin sijainti aivan Gardan rannalla oli loistava."

"For a traveller without a car the location is difficult. Shuffle bus is the only option with taxi, but the bus takes a lot of time even for a couple kilometres journey because of bad logistics. At the hotel all food and drinks are super expensive and it is almost impossible to eat healthy. There are no food stores close. A bottle of water is 4 euros and a glass of juice is 5 euros. I was also dissapointed with the pool. There are only two pools: 150cm that is too much for a kid who cant swim yet or an short adult to accompany that child and 60 cm pool that is mainly for the little ones. There should be something in between for everyone to enjoy safely. Also the mandatory swimming cap is a weird rule - take your own because it is expensive there to buy. The customer service in the bar was horrible. I had to wait 30 minutes for bread. After complaining, they promised to compensate but I never got anything. Hotel was clean and safe though and the yeard was nice."

"Hotelli oli perus ok. Kuntosali ja kylpylä plussaa. Etäisyys keskustaan pitkä, mutta sähköskuutit pelastivat tilanteen. "

"An excellent hotel in prime condition with a lovely spa! The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had though I would have hoped for vegan options. But plus points for the fresh orange juice and the prosecco :) My fiance loved the omelette station. The spa was wonderful, even though the 10€ price came as a suprise. But we paid it happily as it was worth it for a rainy day. The hotel is located quite far from the old town of Riva del Garda, but walkable. The rooms were beautiful and the bed was good. Only minus of the very poorly soundproofed door. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. There was even a goodie/snack bag given to us at checkout with apples and waterbottles. I hope that we would have been informed that the minibar was also included (with water). Would stay here again!"
