”This apartment is located in a quiet area, yet close to shopping and restaurants. The Bourse Metro station is at the end of the block, there is an excellent bakery on the corner, perfect for breakfast, or take away salads and sandwiches. The rooms are a bit small, by American standards. There are two compact clothing storage areas on each side of the bed. The bathroom has two storage drawers. The washer/dryer is small, clothing did not dry all the way, it's more of an extractor than dryer. We...

Although this is mentioned in the listing, the key has to be picked up from another building about a 15-minute walk away, which is not very convenient when traveling with heavy suitcases.Additionally, the apartment is on the 6th floor...

”When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. ”

”Great communication from David and loved the flexibility in allowing us to drop off our luggage before checkin. Good location for the price, however, as others have mentioned, the room smelled quite musty. I’m unsure if it was due to the rain when we were there, but there were ants everywhere. They crawled onto the sofa bed and the side table (even when we didn’t have food on the table), making it a quite uncomfortable and disappointing stay.”
