”Very disappointing. AT this price point would have expected much better service. 20$ to park is ridiculous when there are big open spaces. No coffee available in the morning??? Come on. No one to help with luggage, dirty dishes at end of hallway for over 24 hours. Would never waste money on this again. Spent the night before in Jackson for 1/4 the price and had much better service and amenities. ”

”The heated pool was nice considering it winter. I liked how the coffee station was a self-serve with filtered water so you had more options than just the one or two kurig in room. Breakfast was delicious. The decor modern, with area local photos. So close to town, very convenient”

”We visit here annually, but this year the amenities and attention to detail was worse than the Covid years. Daily room cleaning is finally back, terrible food, long waits for food and bar, inexperienced spa therapist, staff shortage- sir behind the bar was incredible but clearly exhausted. ”

”Amazing staff! Sherri is so welcoming! It is always nice to see a familiar face when we stay there and Sherri goes above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast staff; Niklas and Lily were friendly and efficient. Nancy on dinner service was also a delight. Overall I cannot say enough about this Inn!!”
