"Mökki Franklin Park" sijaitsee keskustassa Brevard, North Carolina. Sijaitsee Franklin Parkin asuinaluetta, suoraan kadun toisella "Big Play" ja kaupunki allas. Brevard Music Center, Porter keskus, Pisgah National Forest, Dupont Forrest, Blue Ridge Parkway, ja yhä suosittu Sliding Rock. Asheville on vain 30 minuuttia pohjoiseen ja helposti saatavilla. We had a great stay in Brevard at the cottage. The location is in ideal proximity to Brevard College and also downtown. We loved walking our dog to the various shops. There is a wonderful community pool and park directly across the street from the house which is perfect for families. The house was in great condition - very cute and cozy. Great mountain biking in the area and the cottage had a private fenced in backyard to be able to store and wash bikes. Kitchen and towels were well stocked. The cottage was clean and dealing with the host was a pleasure - very responsive and courteous. Check in was easy and we would definitely look to book the cottage again!

Can’t beat this house, location, neighborhood! We truly enjoyed our visit and appreciated the beautiful, comfortable, thoughtful and convenient accommodations. We absolutely loved staying at this wonderful cottage! From check in to check out, everything went very smoothly. We cooked in every night and always found everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen The beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels, etc. We loved sitting on the screened in front porch each morning with our coffee, each afternoon with our wine, and each evening while eating our dinner. We enjoyed watching the families enjoy the community pool and playground across the street. The neighborhood is very special. We will definitely be back!

Waterfall Adventure

Great little cottage in an amazing neighborhood that is within walking distance to downtown. The first block is uphill, but then it’s smooth sailing to enjoy the wonderful downtown area. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed, and included plentiful supplies which is always a plus. The beds were comfy and towels fluffy. Some of the kitchen utensils could use replacing, but we made it all work. The front porch was my favorite spot and the weather was perfect to sit and enjoy the sounds of the friendly neighborhood. The weather was also perfect to explore the nearby waterfalls and breweries. Highly recommend this wonderful home. Great communication with host! We hope to return again soon!!

Great House, Great Location

We really enjoyed the location and layout of this house. It was very comfortable. Beds were lovely and lots of bedding, towels, kitchen amenities to allow for making meals at home. The location of the home is across from an excellent park for kids and close to downtown and groceries. Brevard is a very walkable place and this home is in the centre of it all while still allowing for quiet. Host was available if needed and check in was seamless.

We needed a place in downtown Brevard to visit friends and check on our property. House was perfectly located near restaurants and shops and was quaint and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Franklin Park Cottage

The Cottage is exactly as photographed. The across the street access to Franklin Park to enjoy walking, seeing many white squirrels, and the family vibe was great. I particularly enjoyed the screened front porch. The neighborhood it is very nice. Downtown Brevard is about a 15 minute walk. I will return next summer.

Cute cottage close to Brevard

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage in Brevard, North Carolina. It was a beautiful neighborhood, very close to town and also to many of the waterfalls, which we hiked. I wish we could’ve stayed a couple more days. I will say that the mattresses are not comfortable. We just dealt with it. Other than that, we had everything we needed. And we appreciate that we could bring our dog with us. If she wasn’t with us, we crated her and it worked out perfect.

Best Cottage in Brevard

This was our second stay in the cottage! We love being able to walk into town and to Brevard College to watch our son play baseball. The cottage feels like home and the front porch is a bonus!

We live down on the NC coast and every fall head to the mountains to enjoy the season. We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals over the years but this one may be the best one we’ve experienced. Great house, in a great neighborhood - park across the street and just a short walk downtown - perfect! Brevard and the Pisgah Forest have a lot to offer and this was the perfect “home base” to enjoy it all. We’ll definitely return.
