”Overall our stay was great, beautiful hotel and a great view but our check in experience was horrible. We called ahead and were told we could check in a few mins early so we showed up about 20 mins early with a baby. We had a crying baby and were told the room was actually not ready. So the front desk politely offered to upgrade our room to one that was ready… something I would expect from this hotel! I said great! ”Excellent value for money. Location at the harbour with great view from restaurant and some rooms. You get what you pay for. Fine breakfast buffet in weekends, OK menu during weekdays. Good and clean room. Both lobby bar and dinner restaurant are OK when needed, but there are better options outside the hotel. Effective check in and check out. If a swimming pool is important, this is not the place, they have a pool, but very small and not something to go for”
