Yksityiset loma-asunnot – Briarcliff Manor

”We had a wonderful time visiting NY for my 2 grandchildren’s graduation celebrations. The house was spacious & very comfortable for our family of 11 & my sweet pup. If the opportunity comes again to visit NY this house would be 1st on our list. Thank you for sharing your home with us.”

”Technically the house was"clean" but it's grimy. The doors and floors all needed a deep clean. One of the showers had a curtain with red mold stains. The AC could not cool the upstairs properly, and the 3rd floor was excessively hot. The wall to wall carpet on the second floor was smelly. The living room was lacking seating for adults. I wouldn't recommend this house for a family get together, but maybe it would be fine for a bachelor party. The listing said there was one bedroom with a king....

”This guy is a scammer, an hour before my checkin they finally sent me the "location" and claimed they needed more time to clean the property. Then at 5 pm and hour after they claimed their was a gas leak and I couldn't stay there. Only thing is the address they sent me wasn't real and I am convinced this listing is fake in and used to trick people into staying at their actual property in yonkers. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!”

”We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

”George was a wonderful host. Responded quickly to my questions and when our plans changed, he was very helpful as well. Highly recommend. Beautiful location.”

”An hour before check-in we were called by the property manager, after four days of messaging them through the app without response, to advise us that the property had an alleged water pipe burst and was unavailable, then attempted to upcharge us for alternate accommodations. An alternate place to stay was finally provided at no additional charge but much smaller than what had been booked. Given the absence of communication for four days and then a sudden incident the day of check-in - the day...

”This was such a wonderful place to call home for our first night away. From the moment we arrived, it felt peaceful, private, safe and welcoming. We were four women traveling alone and the privacy was top notch. The bedroom was comfortable, the bathroom was nice and everything felt clean and cared for. The communication was wonderful from start to finish and made the whole experience easy. This was also the first place I saw fireflies and it was magical. Between the fireflies, bunnies and...
