The Gîte Les 2 Cygnes, located just steps from the Briare canal bridge, is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions on foot, by bike, and on the water! A little further afield, you can explore Sancerre, Pouilly-sur-Loire, the Château de Guédelon, Saint-Fargeau, and many other treasures of the Loire Valley. The town of Briare has all amenities and an SNCF train station (a 20-minute walk from the gîte). You will find (within walking distance of the gîte): a communal swimming pool (with spa), tennis courts, canoe, pedal boat, and boat rentals (no license required), and guided cruises; a small tourist train; two museums; a tourist office; and many cycle paths and footpaths. This gîte promises unforgettable moments of relaxation, conviviality, and cultural and natural discoveries.
