”When I first entered my room, there was a strong unpleasant odor. I also found a dead cockroach next to the toilet. I reported both issues to the front desk and requested a different room.
The staff changed my room promptly, which I appreciated. However, the second room still had an unpleasant smell, although it was better than the first one.
