”Stayed here for two nights. The place is amazing, very beautiful surroundings and at a short distance to the Australia Zoo. The staff was very polite and helpful when planning the stay around the area. The lady in the reception knew very well what places are worth visiting! The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very well cleaned!”

”Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä tuli todella niukasti tietoa. Huone siisti joskin parhaat päivänsä nähnyt. Sängyn patjat loppuun käytetty. Koko suurella alueella ainoastaan yksi tupakointipaikka, sekin ilman katosta ja törkyisessä kunnossa. Ravintola toimi moitteettomasti. Aamupala hyvä ja runsas. Tilatessa ruoka tuli nopeasti ja se oli hyvää.”

”Stay here quite regularly, the staff know us when we have appointments at the nearby hospital. Staff are wonderful and caring. The bathroom we had did leak and needed extra towels to mop up the water leaking onto the carpet. The other downside is the wifi connection to the TV, we always seem to have trouble to connect no matter using Accor or hot spot.”

”Check in was fast and professional. Parking under ground was explained well. The room was immaculate and cleaned over my expectations. All appliances were new and in exceptional condition. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. I stayed on the 7th floor and the lifts were very fast. 2 mins walk to the major shopping centre for all your needs. 5 min walk to the beach. No complaints at all, highly recommended. I will stay again for sure.”

”This place has all the aspects that could make it a winner. It's in a great spot, it has a nice distillery behind it, and it's a walk to town. Unfortunately the management is letting this place go big time. Mouldy windows, mouldy shower, big brown stains on blankets, unusable wifi, general maintenance and cleaning seems non existent. The tiled floors we gross sticky also. It's barely three stars, we never saw a staff member the entire time for check-in or out either.”

”Close to the park and grocery store.cute hotel, helpful staff. Reception requires a phone call to get room key. I didn't know how to make international calls so that was difficult.”

”The apartment was clean , but needs to be repainted as you could see where they had fix some damage and the repainted parts were obvious. Some might not even notice, but having done repairs on my own property I did notice. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Gated community with shops across the street.”
