”The swimming pool was empty. There was only a trickle of water in the bathroom sink and shower. No reason was ever given for no water pressure. Nothing was done to help the water pressure. Nothing was offered to make anything better. 2 years ago this hotel was nice. Last year it seemed to be under new ownership and the downward spiral was started. New owners have done zero maintenance and are just counting on the hotel location to keep it busy. We won’t be back.”

”All the amenities are extra fees bedsides the pools which are over crowded. A storm hit knocking the power out for the remainder of our stay. They do not have back up generators and the water stopped working as well. Hence the rooms were very hot but they did not want you outside once it got dark.”

”The first bed in our bedroom was dilapidated; when you sat on one side, the other side fell down. The toilet flushing could be heard through the sink pipes. There was rust from water dripping from the tub faucet. Their breakfast consisted of pop-tarts & day-old donuts. The TV could only be turned off from the TV, as it wouldn't work from the remote control. The man that checked us in looked like he just got out of prison; he didn't even bother checking for my ID when we arrived. There was also...

”We stayed 3 days. The smoking area was filthy and trash was all over the back parking lot. The breakfast only consisted of eggs and waffles and apples. No milk or cereal for breakfast.”

”We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was very helpful, the rooms were very clean, the breakfast buffet was excellent and very reasonably priced. Loved the view of the Lake!”

”The room and grounds were clean. The bed was uncomfortable and felt like it was going to fall apart any time you moved. The coffee area in the room was not impressive having an open container of coffee vs prepackaged is unsanitary. No soap or shampoo in. Room. Overall if your looking for a place to sleep and your passing by this place would be for you The bar and grill next door had good food”

”Unit was fully stocked with kitchen utensils, coffee maker, refrigerator, induction stove, pots pans and plates. The view was right on the lake and the pool. Under me is the lounge but noise do not transfer. I still get quiet sleep.”

”Our room had ants and bugs in it. They also had no towels. There was also hair and other stains on our bedding as well.”

”There were roaches in the room and then I couldn’t get ahold of any staff.”

”This is a great place to stay, staff was great. A little disappointed the restaurant was closed Tuesday and Wednesday but the pool was great and the area of the lake was pretty quiet. The cabin was nice, we will be back.”
