”Yes shops near by. Stayed at your location because it was easy access to St. Jospeh's Hospital . Staff was very courteous and kind. I felt very safe with the underground parking situation. I thought the breakfast was very good and I enjoyed Keurig machine with many coffees and lattes. we will recommend this hotel to others and would stay again anytime. ”

”Our room was spacious, clean, everything worked, I didn’t request handicap access in the room, but our bedroom had a wall in shower. The shower was big, had a bench (didn’t use), a detachable shower head that reached the bench. As a pregnant woman, getting in and out of this shower is definitely nice and convenient. We love the buffet style breakfast, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. Overall a good place, I’d recommend staying here, and would stay here again.”

”I booked the hotel and then canceled it. I called the front desk for the cancellation and they told me that they would cancel and refund with a penalty. Half month later, I noticed that I did not receive the refund. I called them and contacted Expedia. But, very surprisingly they said they would not refund anything. I explained again and again what happened and what the hotel had told me before. Finally they said ”

”Room was OK... very dated... furniture had many nicks. Also, the 'breakfast' in the lobby was done by a Starbucks... good coffee, but my $30 breakfast was NOT worth it. I guess I will go back to staying at Hilton properties.”

”Awesome staff. Super accommodating. I called to tell them I was coming in late and my keys to the room where waiting and the staff member Nyah was awesome! Excellent customer service with a smile at 2:45am. Very helpful and sweet. I can't recommend this hotel enough. ”
