”Apartment is nice and clean. Has everything you need as advertised. Good communication. Snacks are a nice touch. FYI- the bed is a box spring and a matress on the floor. The neighborhood is completely unsafe. Very dangerous. This is not for a family, kids or otherwise. Drunk and drugged people hang in area. Throwing bottles at signs. You cannot walk around area. Parking very unsafe. Rent with caution. ”

The bedrooms on the top floor had very low ceilings and there are only two showers so it wouldn’t have worked for more than a couple of nights for our group. However, the beautiful stained glass window is not closed and isn't able to be manually closed. With the location being downtown you can hear everything going on outside at full volume. ”Breakfast could be better they used to have a waffle maker and the coffee wasn't good but the rest was ok sheets didn't fit the bed but room was clean staff were nice and helpful ”
