”Nice, clean and good service”

”To start off I would like to say I have stayed at a lot of hotels but the front desk staff at this hotel was so incredibly rude to its guests. The way they talked to people who asked questions was something I had never heard from front desk staff before. The hotel may have been a smoking hotel at one point as the remnants of old smoke remained in the rooms and the lobby area. The front desk staff smoked (as well as other guests) just outside the door which probably didn’t help. At breakfast...

”This is an adequate accommodation if you just need a place to sleep. It is in desperate need of a refurbishment, but we got a decent nights sleep in a convenient location. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.”

”Their were renovations happening in the fitness center but we didnt know until a day later. They were renovating the outdoor area too. But the rooms were terrific, food was decent, large areas to congregate and meet.”

”Didn’t make it. Booked the hotel and a rental car through Expedia. Showed up to get the rental and they didn’t have it. Called every rental car played within a 50 mile radius and all were sold out. Messaged Expedia to let them know and I still got charged for the hotel. So I didn’t get to go on vacation and still had to pay. Thanks Expedia”

”The breakfast was pretty good. There was a power outage during our stay and the staff was great. They brought out glowsticks for the kids and flashlights. The power was restored within an hour. The only problem was the elevator acting up and taking a long time. We used the stairs. ”

”Unhappily, I booked part of my trip with Expedia. When I extended my stay, I booked directly with Marriott. Marriott was cheaper!!”

”Everything was amazing at the property. Very professional and friendly. The Valet parking is actually super nice, I’ve never experienced that before. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable.”
